The Manager is about rude. Problem comes from when making a choice if here or any place. Have a small dog and cancer. Ask for a doggie door. The door had to be replaced ..i understood this would not be cheap. Was told NO PROBLEM just spoke to home office and they gave the go ahead. Next day signed lease. Have still not received what the cost would be. 5 1/2 months ago....asked to be released..sure no problem IF I PAY OUT THE TOTAL. So will move when my lease ends. I hope i am still able to thx MERA for taking care of me! p.s I always record a contract on tape during the whole thing.

What a great management team; Micheline, Cynthia, Aaron. They are amazing and always have an open door to address your concerns.The maintenance department lead by Rusty,his assistant Mark and Lorinda are the best. They respond timely to your maintenance request and are always pleasant and friendly. What a great place to live.

Love this community. The staff is awesome. Aaron, Micheline and Rusty all are professionals and sincerely are concerned about tenants needs. I highly recommend Mera Henderson, going on my third year and foreseeable future.

Hello my name is Steve, I am a new resident here at Mera Henderson 55 + Luxury Apartments. The manager Mrs.Dundas, is a great manager a people person and one who shows Human kindness to every resident on this property. There should be no negative reviews associated with this property or the staff. This is a great place to live, and a forever home for my wife and I. When it comes to integrity, The manager here at Mera Henderson has it shows it, and lives it. The property is always clean quiet and stands on every promise. Some complaints are just out of management’s control, If Amazon delivers a package to the wrong address, Mera Henderson should not be given a bad review because of that, once again this is a 55+ community, and sometimes this may be the reason for a 1 star instead of 5. Take my advice, this Mera Henderson is a God send. Thank you Mrs. Dundas for all you do for us old folks here at Mera Henderson. We appreciate you and your staff ™

When i first moved in I was very pleased with everything. But this is a non smoking property & as a smoker i follow the rules & smoke outside on the sidewalk where I am allowed to smoke. But I now including today keep getting harassing letters on my door from my neighbors about my smoking this is the 2nd time. Management has been in my apartment & knows im not smoking up here. This is harassment & making me uncomfortable in my own apartment. Where i once felt safe im starting to not feel that way. Management needs to handle this situation cause it's not ok & the problem is not going away. & by the way im not the only smoker that lives here & I did not lie that I was a smoker when I applied.

I was looking for a safe place for my mother to live. She was living at prior 55 and older place and we/her was not happy. I have to say.. Just walking into this place is absolutely breathtaking. The amount of the amenities are second to none. The staff is absolutely amazing! Especially, Micheline Dundas. With her warm welcome and her constant smile every time I visit. I must say.It’s absolutely contagious to say the least. My mother has never been so happy and content where she lives! It’s a super safe environment and the Place is absolutely spotless! They really love and watch over their residents. But the best part of it all my mother found the love of her life there. (The Bolt Man) I’m super excited knowing she’s happy and I can rest easy knowing she’s in good hands at Mera. Thank you again so much Mera Henderson for all that you do!

Helped move my mom here and was very impressed with the entire team, location, and quality of the building. Linda and Micheline (agents) were amazing at helping my mom check in and taking me thru the ins and outs if the details of her new home. We also met Rusty who is the head maintenance guy and he’s great at helping out with any apartment needs. The complex is safe, brand new and the residents are all great. I’m so happy my mom found this place. Also the portal app for monthly payments is so helpful. Thank you!

I absolutely love living at MERA! The activities and pristine lifestyle is something I was looking for. The management team is always willing to listen to you and do everything in their power to help! Aaron, Linda, Debra and Michilinda are the BEST. I will definitely be resigning my lease. I’m a mobile notary public and I recently met a client here who needed Estate Planning docs notarized. This place is nice! It was confusing when arriving because GPS took me to the gate when I needed to be at the clubhouse entrance. There is plenty of parking for guests and inside the community area it’s spacious, clean, very well kept. It’s very modern inside. This is one reason why I like being a notary public. I get to visit such nice places!

If you’re looking for a place to live that has heart, this is the place. You will be treated like you matter and your needs will be considered. The office staff, particularly Linda Garza, will go out of her way to offer her help and support. I would also like to note that Aaron Flores in the front office is considerate when problems come up and his help is requested.

When I first arrived at Mera Henderson. I was impressed on how beautiful the property looks and how young the staff was. So my wife and I decided to start the process, of becoming a part of the community. Once they approved us, and we paid all fees that was requested of us. I thought that we were pretty lucky. The euphoria, that I felt did not last very long at all. What we did not know was that they have a very high turnover rate, when it comes to their management team. The commitments and agreements that you have with the management team that you signed with. Once that team is replaced, those commitments and understanding are non and void. And the team that was there, that also factored into our decision to live here. Has become very disrespectful and hostile towards certain community members. I never experienced management of a apartment building, actually yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs. At you because you're asking a certain questions on how the building is being managed.. I've had that happen twice to my wife and I since we've been living here. all because we asked a question. And we've seen it happen to other residents. This is simply unacceptable!

Mera Henderson is a fantastic 55 + community! I moved my Dad here in December and he is so happy! He tells me everyday how much he loves his apartment. The complex is safe and quiet. The neighbors are friendly and there are always lots of activities going on. The management team is courteous, helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend Mera Henderson if you are looking for a 55 + community!

This is a great place for active adults 55 and older. It is very safe, practically brand new and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have an activities calendar with various activities almost every day and they encourage resident participation. If there is an activity that a person enjoys and it isn't on the calendar they are supportive of residents starting and leading it. There is a coffee machine will all the fixings available to the residents 24/7. The location is in a great area of Henderson with spectacular views of the valley from different areas on the property, from the surrounding mountains to the strip to the beautiful sunsets! My grandson loves coming to grandpa's "house"!

The entire time we have been waiting for construction to be completed, we have had only wonderful experiences with the staff. They have been so professional and accommodating with all our questions and requests. Mera Henderson offers so many amenities from apartment features to community features.
