The transition from home to CT Transitional Rehab, and finally to CT Expressions Memory Care was an efficient, professional and gentle process. At all stages from initial preview of their facility to leaving our loved one there for her first night we felt supported and confident we had acted in the best interests of our Mom, as the kindness and integrity of the staff earned our complete trust. The whole experience far exceeded our expectations. Their patience allowed us to handle all the many arrangements and move in easily, and we were blessed with the greatest gift in seeing our mom with a contented smile, and the promise of the quality of life she earned, and we had prayed for.

As a former newly placed employee, I can say it’s a wonderful facility to work at. The environment is always welcoming and the staff is the sweetest and will go out of there way to help you or give any advice you may need.

You have a high rating on this page, but the page previous says you have a rating of 2.3. That is nothing close to a five star rating you are wanting the public to see. If I had POA I would have gotten her out of there ASAP. At least she didn't die in there. The SPCA does a better job of taking care of dogs than Expressions. I know my brother just wants this behind us, but I personally would have sued them for negligence. They advertise that they keep families together. That is not true. They do everything to keep you separated from your loved one. My Mother would cry because she wanted to talk to me. Sure she got emotional when I would call because I brought her comfort. It made her mad that they would keep her from me. The last straw was my last visit. I had talked to them on the phone and told them I was bringing her lunch and was 10 minutes away. They said they would bring her down. When I got there I was met by some woman. She obviously was in administration because her fingernails were too long to be working on patients. She informed me I couldn't see my Mother. I started to cry and as she closed the door I heard her say, wa wa wa! If there wouldn't have been a locked door she could hide behind i would have slapped the piss out if her. Management sucks over there and those people need to be investigated. They are getting away with this shit because nobody knows. No one leaves or comes in. In fact, it was a staff member that gave my Mother Covid. There is no other explanation, because only staff go in and out. If you ask me it is like a high priced concentration camp. I thought Hitler was dead, but I was wrong. The good news is that my Mother is dead and she doesn't ever have to wake up to that hell ever again. We put her at Amy's Eden and that is where she died. The care she received and the support we got was quite impressive. Expressions should be shut down.

My husband and I visited CTEMC last week with my father who will be living there beginning Sept. 26. We were so impressed with how nice everyone was. We did not have a tour reservation, but when we arrived we were greeted by a young man named Dylan and he went out of his way to show us around and make us feel comfortable. This place is super clean and inviting. I have no doubt that my father will be treated well here. Thank you to the staff at CTEMC - I look forward to visiting from Colorado once my father is situated.

I have inspected and regulated these types of facilities for the past 30 years and find some my personal experience in their care for my mother that the staff, administrators, medical staff, nursing staff, and rehab staff are amazing. They go the extra step in patient and family care. I whole-heartedly recommend them. Marty Larson.
