Excellent care givers and a great place for our loved ones!

We've been trying to get Mom to move to Lakeview Terrace for approximately a year. We've been working with Veronica and she has been amazing and extremely patient. 2 weeks ago Mom called her and said she was ready to move and we were all so excited. Unfortunately 2 days later she fell and broke her pelvis and died from complications. Throughout everything Veronica has been compassionate, kind and offering help, even though Mom was never a resident there. I'm just so sad that she never got to live at Lakeview Terrace and I'm forever grateful for the kindness we have all been shown by Veronica.

I also read the negative reviews and the facility is just the opposite. I called and inquired on a availability and the lady was sweet, answered all my questions. None for my personal eligibility but I'm sure I'll hear from them when there is an opening.

I can't say enough about the quality and dependable care my mother-in law received during her stay at Lakeview Terrace. The staff is truly amazing, and I'd like to give special thanks to Holly for her patience and understanding every time I called, also to Alexis for being my mother in-law's "person" and treating her like family. Also, I would like to thank Jet and Liz for always being so helpful and the balance of the staff. They all had a smile on their face and very welcoming. They take wonderful care of their residents and do everything they can to be sure they are safe and comfortable. If you're looking for a memory care facility, I highly recommend Lakeview. Both my parents have resided in Lakeview Terrance of BC. My dad was in the memory care wing on Hospice care, and my mom is in the assisted living section where she lives a completely independent, but fully supported, lifestyle. I cannot say enough about the staff and care at Lakeview Terrance. My mom is greeted by the staff with a warmth and kindness that is genuine. They have taken time to get to know her, and my mom often expresses how much she enjoys living there. She is surrounded by people who provide the care and support she now needs, yet help her maintain her independence as much as possible. When I used to call my mom at her home, she was usually resting or watching TV; this week when I called her she said "I can't talk right now, I'm playing BINGO!" Lakeview Terrace of BC has been a blessing to me and my family, and I am so thankful for the staff, in particular Veronica, Mary, Ron and Deanna to name a few, who take such great care of her.

My wife has dementia and was recently moved from a Memory care center in Henderson to LakeView Terrace in Boulder City. When she was moved she had declined to the point that she was in a wheelchair all day. At LVT, the caregivers have spent more time with her and have her walking again (with assistance) and eating mostly on her own with some assistance. The state of Nevada requires a minimum of 1 caregiver for every 6 residents. The other facility counted everyone on the floor (admin, nursing, activities, etc) as a caregiver when meeting the ratio. At LVT the ratio is more than met with actual caregivers. I suggest that you go online and read copies of State Inspections when deciding where to take a loved one.

Lake View Terrace is wonderful. They take wonderful care of their residents and do everything they can to be sure they are safe and comfortable. The food is wonderful as are all the people who work there

Read the negative reviews and that has not been our experience. Staff has treated our loved one very well, I have always been able to find management if needed and we could not be more pleased with the facility.

My mom is on the memory care unit which requires extra care and understanding. The staff have been exceptional in their patience and care for her, right from the administration staff to the unit staff. Thank you all for her great care. I would readily recommend Lakeview Terrace to those in need for housing and care for a loved one.

I had toward a lot of beautiful buildings in Henderson and Las Vegas- I decided to cross the great divide and head down to Boulder city. The people at Lakeview Were so different from any that I experienced in any other place I toured! You could tell how much they absolutely love and adore their residents! The building is older and in need of a little updating but it is clean and smells good. The residents are happy and engaging and the leadership team was so helpful and compassionate and went above and beyond. They really cared about me and my family instead of selling me a product. Worth the drive. I see the bad reviews are super outdated. You need to come and see for yourself what this team is accomplishing
