For Shame…For Shame That some of our tenants feel so entitled. The Staff is Amazing in how they maintain pleasantness while serving rude tenants demands. For Shame…For Shame Las Soleras Spectrum find a way to Retain the Staff we have and hire even more. Thank you A Grateful Tenant

Las Soleras Chef, Frank, has made such a difference in dining at LAs Soleras. He has crafted New Mexican foods as well as other favorites and spends time teaching others in the kitchen cooking advice. He is friendly, and asks for feedback and customer wants. I couldn't think of a better chef for our facility ! Go Frank……

Amazing building, amazing residence. The impact of covid was tremendous. Can't keep steady management. New director every 6 months. Concierge are the only constant part of the place . Food is great thanks to Frank turning the kitchen around. This would be a Great retirement facility if it only had someone to run the place - former worker Business office manager of almost 4 years & concierge , was fired for false accusations due to a part time worker Corporate never thoroughly looked into. Corporate micro manages the wrong situation and plucks the workers that care for the facility and residents. Policy are twisted and only comply with what they feel is necessary from a far , being Denver . I miss the residents tremendously!! I hope Los soleras is able to run successfully, beautiful facility in a beautiful part of Sant Fe!

The facility is visually lovely but many things in the actual unit do not work properly, lacking in quality construction. The food is lousy and the service is lacking. The misrepresentation of activities and outings is disappointing. The monthly cost is appealing but is such for a reason. Most of the staff are nice and accomadating but several at the management level are rude and unproffesional. The low occupancy level is for a reason, hum? My Mother has resided here for 3 monthes and has been patient, waiting for the changes promised but everything remains the same.

My Mother, of Las Vegas, Nevada, has been living and thriving at Las Soleras in Santa Fe since July! The place, people and pricing are more than what we could have ever expected, and I am confident any person fortunate enough to live there will have the same experience as us! With the personal touch of Peter Godeschalk, there is no other place I want my Mom to live, and fortunately she agrees! Thank you, Las Soleras.
