While the senior living community itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, my experience with the restaurant has been extremely disappointing. Every time I visit my family member, there seems to be an issue with her meal. She often doesn't receive the food she ordered, or it takes an unreasonable amount of time to arrive. On top of that, some of the servers have come across as rude and dismissive, making my family member feel like she isn't welcome. The residents deserve better service and to be treated with kindness and respect. I also noticed several glowing reviews that appear to be from management, which makes me question whether the online ratings reflect residents' and families' actual experiences. I hope management focuses on improving the dining service and addressing concerns instead of relying on positive reviews to shape the facility's reputation.

We toured this place twice, both times with the Executive Director, Sherri. The building is relatively new and is attractive. The apartments are well laid out and everything seemed handicap accessible. The residents we saw seemed happy and Sherri was familiar with everyone we met. Sherri seems very kind, patient, authentic, intelligent, experienced, and friendly. I believe good leadership can make all the difference in how a place feels and Sherri seems excellent.

When we looked at assisted living , it was clean , the staff smiled and greeted us , there were activities going on. The management team is compassionate and seem to genuinely care about the folks that live there. I am sure every place has issues , but this assisted living seems like a very happy place to live.

When we first toured Las Soleras Senior Living for my elderly mother, it immediately felt like home. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that this community truly cares about its residents. The staff is consistently warm, professional, and genuinely compassionate, and always greeting residents and visitors alike with kindness and a smile. The facility itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable, welcoming environment that gives us great peace of mind. There is a thoughtful variety of regularly scheduled activities that keep residents engaged, active, and socially connected, along with convenient transportation to offsite stores and appointments. Since my mother has become a resident, every visit reinforces that we made the right choice. We’re always welcomed warmly at the front desk, and the sense of community among the residents is evident. They are friendly, joyful, and clearly well cared for. Knowing that my mother is safe and supported at Las Soleras Senior Living has been incredibly reassuring for our family. We’re truly grateful for the exceptional care and positive atmosphere they provide every day.

If anyone is looking to relocate I have a potential site for you to consider. 5011 Los Saleras in Santa Fe New Mexico. It is assisted living for seniors and has a great staff. My wife and I will answer what questions we can.

Daily, this senior community enjoys the backdrop of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and beautiful sky formations. Las Soleras in Santa Fe is home for senior living care. Upon entrance, you are engulfed by an engaging pleasant environment. The staff are attentive and accommodating to every need. The administrators are personable and provide a joke of the day to help everyone start with a smile. Las Soleras has a little of everything that residents need to maintain an active and productive lifestyle: gym, hair salon, dining 3 times a day, group outings, coffee & donut bistro, sky lounge entertainment, weekly movies in the theatre, and community room group activities. Independent residents come and go at-will with freedom to pursuit life interests. The assisted-living residents are tenderly cared for with personal nursing attention and with travel to doctor appointments and physical therapy. The Las Soleras exterior is just as pleasant. The property is professionally landscaped and groomed along with a Pickleball court and Fire Pit for fun storytelling. Visited the area as we plan to move that way with our parents and toured this community for them. It is absolutely beautiful and has amazing views! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs and the residents love living there. The apartments are very spacious and don't look remotely close to what I think of when I think of senior living. We were able to ask residents about their experiences living here and why they like it, and were also able to ask questions of the staff. Management took the time t genuinely listen to our questions and ease any worry that we have. This community is definitely our top contender, no question about it.

I had the pleasure of visiting this facility over the course of a few months. As a Healthcare worker I was amazed at the care and consideration taken by the staff from the director down to the housekeepers.

It seems a good place to-however, right now I’m planning on moving in on 12/28/24 and it’s been IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with Jose. I left him a message a few days ago about 12/28. I haven’t heard back from him or anyone else. I don’t know what to do, don’t have a key yet and have the movers scheduled and everything else. My house is going on the market in a week. THIS IS JUST SUCH A DIFFICULT SITUATION FOR ME. HELP!

Las Soleras Chef, Frank, has made such a difference in dining at LAs Soleras. He has crafted New Mexican foods as well as other favorites and spends time teaching others in the kitchen cooking advice. He is friendly, and asks for feedback and customer wants. I couldn't think of a better chef for our facility ! Go Frank.....

The facility is visually lovely but many things in the actual unit do not work properly, lacking in quality construction. The food is lousy and the service is lacking. The misrepresentation of activities and outings is disappointing. The monthly cost is appealing but is such for a reason. Most of the staff are nice and accomadating but several at the management level are rude and unproffesional. The low occupancy level is for a reason, hum? My Mother has resided here for 3 monthes and has been patient, waiting for the changes promised but everything remains the same.

My Mother, of Las Vegas, Nevada, has been living and thriving at Las Soleras in Santa Fe since July! The place, people and pricing are more than what we could have ever expected, and I am confident any person fortunate enough to live there will have the same experience as us!
