June 2021
Pleasing atmosphere, group activities and the staff is quite patient, kind and thorough in caring for the elderly clients.
May 2021
Not a kind place. Administrator is harsh and condescending. Some staff are great but they dont stay no schedule then food is awful. Greasy and fatty
November 2020
I Super Happy and Proud how Tonda and the Staff has sag.y handled the COVID-19 issue. Theyre doing a Super Job!
October 2020
The friendliness, caring and extra attention everyone gives to all the residents makes it a wonderful place to be. My sister is happier than she has been in a long time!
April 2020
In touring, Maria the Executive Director was not only very kind, but showed love and appreciation for every Resident - and noticeably, even her staff! The Residents all seemed very happy; and you can tell that a lot of care and attention is spent on the Residents of this facility ! A true find! Marias love for the Residents families was also expressed, which made Westwind House stand out from the rest! May God bless all who enter and work under Marias care! I loved the visit ! I would highly recommend touring and visiting if you are considering Assisted Living Facilities.

The dealbreaker with the Westwind House Assisted Living was the fact that they had a smoking lane and it makes the whole place reek of cigarette smoke. Also, I did not like the food or the overall feel, it was not a good fit.

We toured this community. We did not like this as much do to the area. It did not have a lot of the features that we were looking for. The community was nice and clean. The environment was more like a farm then residential care. The staff were very helpful and answer the questions on the care that is given. They had activities for residents.

I am very, very pleased. Everyone was extremely helpful and there were more services than I realized they had. They offer a lot of activities. I was very impressed when I first went that the manager that is there has been there for over 20 years, they have a very low turnover with their staff.

We visited this place and really liked it. We went to their happy hour and my mother was going to move in the very next week. Unfortunately she had a fall and had to go to rehab instead. I liked talking to the lady that was there, Maria, the administrator. She is the kind of person who is going to say it the way it is instead of trying to sell me on something. She wanted to make sure that my mom had the right capabilities to be there. She was honest and truthful about the situation. I also really liked that there are activities. One thing my mom needs is activities. She liked to be active, observe and play games and things. Its a larger facility. They had a nice menu with fresh foods. I met a lot of the people there and the workers looked happy and involved with the residents. It seemed like a good place to work and live. It was clean and it just felt right.
