The Woodmark at Uptown is a fabulous assisted living and memory care home! Every single employee we worked with could not have been more helpful. The staff loves their jobs and the residents! We had some hard situations that the staff worked with us to resolve. My daughter and I are so grateful for the Woodmark at Uptown.

The kitchen staff is amazing here! They have accommodated me with my restricted diet and the food and service is wonderful! The servers are very patient as the explain the choices to the residents! I rate the kitchen staff very highly. The choices of food are great!!!!

This lady care taker always brings me breakfast with a cheerful good morning. She really moves fast to ensure all food items are warm and the coffee is hot. She starts my day with a good feeling.

My mother was a resident of the Spa for 2 years in 2018-19. My family and I cannot express, to this day, our appreciation of the care my mother Arabella received and the caring by the staff as she reached her last days. Thank you so much.

My parents moved into the Woodmark this past November!! They adjusted quickly and love the staff, the food and all the activities!! The ladies at the reception desk are always pleasant and welcoming. The care staff, med techs and nurses are kind and caring. The food has been wonderful with a great variety. Special occasions are absolutely amazing!! The activity staff is fabulous; from weekly ice cream socials, happy hour, both with live music, exercise classes to art activities and games, they strive to meet everyones interests and make each activity fun and interesting!! Maintenance responds quickly and works diligently to fix any problems. The housekeepers are pleasant and efficient.Mom and Dad tell me frequently, The staff is so caring, they really care about us! My mom has been a resident at the Woodmark for over five years. She has been safe, healthy and not lost her sense of humor in all that time. We have the wonderful, amazing staff to thank for her great lifestyle at 94.Many of the staff have been there longer than she has and treat her as family. All departments from housekeeping, food service and the care givers in the wellness center are there everyday for the residents and their individual needs.The Woodmark is a moderate sized facility which has been perfect. The residents are a pretty diverse bunch making it an interesting place to participate in the organized activities which are quite variedOverall, living at the Woodmark has made life my moms life quite enjoyable and given me and my brother great peace of mind.

Since my mother has moved here shes been so much more active, shes living a much fuller life! Thank you activity staff..From the front desk gals that meet you to the caregivers, med techs, nurses.The chef and his WONDERFUF staff and the gals that keep her apartment clean and the quick to respond maintenance crew, Cant forget Sandra that keeps her looking beautiful, and the management is always ready to help! After investigating many places for my mom to stay we settled on the Woodmark and I was very pleased with our selection. The staff are very caring people and they did their best to make my mom feel welcome and at home. The facility is in a great location with lots of things to do within a short walking distance. Would highly recommend the Woodmark as a great location for loved ones.

We visited the Woodmark and found it to be a wonderful community. Julie our tour guide was incredible and staff was very warm and friendly just what we wanted for mom and dad. The price explained to me was reasonable for the services they would receive. Meeting the Administrator Karen was a great experience as well, she was caring and informative about the special history of the community. I can not think of another place I would like mom and dad to be than the Woodmark. Take a tour I think you will be impressed too.
