The incompetence in this place is incredible! My dad is supposed to have 1.5 hr of PT daily which never happens, it’s excuses over and over. They lie about giving him the correct medication. The food is horrendous, even the nurses joke how they wouldn’t eat it. The elevator was broken until this week after over a year, complete fire hazard! It finally got fixed after complaining every day and calls to the fire department. I had to request my dad be moved to another room because the man next to him had an upper respiratory infection, that they said wasn’t contagious!! They then proceeded to accuse my dad of being a carrier that got every one sick, even though he hasn’t been sick nor any of his family! Run!!

My mom was there for 3 weeks and was treated with great care. The staff is top-notch, and the facility is super clean and well managed. Highly recommended.

So thankful for arbor ridge and their Korean program lead by Mr. Kim. My 89 year old grandmother who is Korean speaking had required subacute stay and for me, knowing there was a SNF that not only had a Korean program, but a reliable team really allowed my family and I at ease. Huge shout out to the Korean leadership, nursing staff/medical team and administration at arbor ridge, I am truly thankful!

My boyfriend who was in a horrific motorcycle accident was sent to Arbor Ridge for a month after a 2 month stay in the hospital and before moving onto an acute rehab. I can not begin to express the wonderful care he received by EVERYONE. There were times where I was extremely stressed and always there was a kind response and an immediate willingness to help! I know I'm going to forget names but please I need to thank those that went over and beyond for us on a daily basis. Aaron big thank you and "air" hug to you lol! Also big hugs to Joel, Jessica my hero lol, Nida, Erica, Sweet Alex, Trish, Eduardo, Sam, Mary, Christina, Christian and the wonderful ladies in PT, Else and to ALL those who cared for him so dearly but sadly forgot names! You ALL brought a little light to our darkest times. And I can't forget those ladies answering my endless calls at the front desk! Such patience. Forever grateful to all of you! We'll come WALKING in to say hi in the future

I want to give my most sincere thanks to Arbor Ridge, for the help and care they've given my sister marina, I especially wish to give a very special thank you to the nurses, and attendees, and therapists, such as Gabriel Bonilla, Cleo Hotar, Imone Noel, and Nhoemi, for their patience and excellent care, they 've provided while treating mi sister, I would also like to thank Thromi Motonaza, and all the Hispanic helpers that were available to cater to the Spanish speaking for her, I highly recommend this center compared to other places, they are all very professional and may God bless the employees who keep it functioning..
