As a registered nurse, I am very impressed with the care provided by Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. The staff is very caring. My loved one's mobility and strength have improved. I had a great experience with Arbor Ridge Rehab Center. My mother stayed there for two weeks for short-term rehabilitation, and I am truly grateful to the Korean Director Young and Jenny Kim for helping make everything possible. The facility was very clean, and all the staff members were kind and attentive, which made my mother’s stay comfortable and stress-free. It was especially wonderful that they have a Korean team and provide Korean meals”it made a big difference for us. I highly recommend Arbor Ridge Rehab Center to anyone looking for quality rehabilitation care.

Our 95 year-old mom was at Arbor Ridge for 20 days to rehabilitate from pneumonia and a virus (Feb-Mar 2026). We found the staff to be very professional, dedicated and responsive. Mom was always treated with kindness and compassion (some of the exceptional nurses and aides that come to mind: Nurse Harold, Nurse Ken, Nurse Mylene, Aide Imone, Aide Nadene). We were also impressed with the administrative staff (Alyssa, Mr. Green, Lisa), as well as other dedicated staff: Nursing Director Jessica C., Dir of PT, Johanna and Case Manager Mimi. The facility is kept consistently clean. Mom had a successful recovery!

The second star is to acknowledge some very kind staff who do care about the patients but are overworked. This is our direct experience - day 1 - Nurse tries to give my husband his roommates meds. Fortunately my husband asked about the meds and I was there. I asked to see the list of meds prescribed and noticed that the screen did not have my husband’s name on it but that of his roommate. Nurse’s response good catch. They had the position of him and his roommate switched on their system. Later my husband had a fall. The advice from the facility was that he fell because he was trying to get up and his feet got tangled in his sheets. My husband told me that he fell because the wheels on his bed were not locked, and when he pushed to get up the bed moved away from him. I had been present another time when the wheels were not locked on my husbands bed and he didn’t fall because I was there and immediately jumped up and stopped the movement. After one week, on a Monday, I noticed while visiting at night my husband’s feet were swelling. I called this out and they arranged for a test that they performed the next day. Based on this a medication was added but his feet continued to swell. A specialist was supposed to be called in but never came. It was now Friday night, and I realized that a doctor would not come in over the weekend. We ended up taking my husband to the emergency room of a local hospital. The facility immediately discharged him. So he was discharged not because he was better, but because he had deteriorated medically. Full test results were not communicated (my first view of the reports were in the emergency room) nor the fact that the doctor had not come in to see my husband. I found these things out by asking daily . I visited my husband one to two times daily and several local friends would visit him frequently during the week. So there were many eyes. The facility was clean. Food was not very very appealing. Would not recommend based on this experience.

My grandma recovered overall very well thanks to the care and staff at Arbor Ridge under the korean program (subacute care). Facility itself is fairly clean and her time in physical therapy helped her tremendously, thanks to all pt staff always encouraging and helping her. Also big shoutout to Eman, Naomi, and Ken!

Wow, this place.It was so clean and a beautiful scenery, and the staff were super nice.No comparison to any other nursing homes. If any family are looking for a home style nursing home, this place is a must. They gave our mom a birthday party.

So impressed with this rehab, even my mom's surgeon was amazed at what a fantastic job they did bringing my mom back to health and caring for her open wounds. He asked us for their contact information so he can refer other patients. We are really impressed with this rehab. My mom had emergency surgery that almost killed her in September. When it was time for rehab, we went to Arbor Ridge. She couldn't walk, lift her body up, move her arms and legs, turn in the bed, or even press a call button, or eat on her own. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to her needs. She had a colostomy, was using a pure wick, and needed everything done for her. They took better care of her than the hospital did. She had to have her reversal asap, so she had a lot of work to do. The PT team (Venus, Jen, Alex, etc) were fantastic with her, really motivating and positive, very patient and kind. The nurses (Harold, Ken, Neda, Mimi, Sophia, Michael etc) were absolutely lovely. Very patient and gentle with my mom during her worst moments, and always treated her with dignity, care, and respect. The aids (Frances [truly the best CNA], Imone, Amina, Naomi, Alexandra, Willmary, etc) were remarkable. They took such wonderful care of her all day, and they always had bright smiling faces and made us laugh. They made sure my mom was clean, fed, had everything she needed. They always checked to see if they could get me and my dad anything as well. These nurses and aids really ensured that my mother's dignity stay intact, and they cared for her like she was family. Truly some of the sweetest people I have ever met. I am so grateful for their time and attention to my mom, and their ability to be professional yet make you feel like family at the same time. Their compassion knows no bounds. Thank you all <3

The incompetence in this place is incredible! My dad is supposed to have 1.5 hr of PT daily which never happens, it’s excuses over and over. They lie about giving him the correct medication. The food is horrendous, even the nurses joke how they wouldn’t eat it. The elevator was broken until this week after over a year, complete fire hazard! It finally got fixed after complaining every day and calls to the fire department. I had to request my dad be moved to another room because the man next to him had an upper respiratory infection, that they said wasn’t contagious!! They then proceeded to accuse my dad of being a carrier that got every one sick, even though he hasn’t been sick nor any of his family! Run!!
