Why are individuals cappin about this place? I lived there for eight years. The staff, security n landscaping had deteriorated by the time I left. Some of the staff are rude n unprofessional. When I moved, they kept my security deposit n never sent a letter itemizing why. That's how professional they are. Also, if you don't mind living with roaches, rodents n bedbugs, luther arms may be the place for you. Btw, the male porter was phenomenal at keeping the building clean.

Went in to pick up an application for a friend. Entry smelled and looked very clean and well kept. Ms. Johnson was very friendly and answered all my questions. Very professional.
