dont let the pretty decor fool you.the aides arenasty an mgmt defends them.promises are unkept and when they want your room they throw you out,i wouldnt put my dog there

I am so glad that my Mom is at Spring Hills Somerset. The residence is lovely and comfy. The staff is warm, friendly and very caring. The food is the best. Mom is picky and loves the food and staff.

Last year I had a rough time trying to relocate my mother from Virginia to New Jersey it took me few months to take this decision. My first trip to NJ was to Spring Hills Somerset because is closer to one my child. They greed me with a welcoming smile. Marketing listened to my frustrations, financials, etc. (I really appreciated) then the tour, I fell in love with the building, apartments, staff (always with a smile). Nursing Staff, the food (omg) amazing food, different daily activities, all concierges are very polite and helpful. What else can I say!! I still in touch with some staff member via email they always checking on me and mom. I had to relocate my mom this year 2019 to a Skilled Nurse. It was the saddest day of my life because I did not want to leave Spring Hills at all but that's life. If I have do it all over again I would. Hope this little note help some families up there that are trying to find a place for their love ones. Best Luck M.W.

Excellent facility! My mother lived there until her passing. The care was phenomenal. Everyone was wonderful from the administrative staff to the nurses to the care givers to the dining room staff to the entertainment staff. Excellent food and a variety of entertainment. Mom really loved her new home and my family is so grateful for all that they did during her stay.

Mom just moved in July 2014. The staff is very caring and supportive. Every staff member is willing to assist or direct you to the person who can assist you. They accommodate your family's need as much as possible. The medical staff are always on target and communicative. The support group is interesting, informative, as well as warm and encouraging. Our experience has been very pleasant in a very difficult decision.
