This community is warm and inviting from the moment you walk through the front door. I recently brought a client in for a tour, and she was treated so warmly and kindly by the team there. Moving a loved one is not an easy decision and it's important to me that the families I work with are treated with empathy and understanding during this process. Not only were we not rushed, the community relations counselor, Lisa spent so much time with us really understanding what my client's needs were and listening to what had led her to making this decision. The Executive Director also took time out of his busy schedule to sit with us. My client felt so relieved knowing she had found a place that truly cares about their residents and their families. The common spaces are bright, cheerful and warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spring Hills to anyone. It's a gem.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming place for their family member. Chris, the Director and Lisa, the office administrator were amazing to work with and very informative. Not only were they amazing, but the staff and residents were happy and friendly which meant a lot;as you can tell a lot about a place by how the staff and residents interact. The place was clean and the food was REAL food, not the pre-packaged crap you see at other places. 5 stars..

I came in over the weekend and met the Executive Director. He introduced himself as Chris and after spending some time talking about the reason that I came to start looking at a place for my Aunt Maureen. He made me feel so comfortable and took the time to ask me such deep questions and really got to know all my concerns and a great deal about my beloved aunt. Even though we are 3-4. months out from looking to move her in, I have to say that the community and the passion and care that I personally witnessed myself makes my decesion easy. I will be moving her to Spring Hills Somerset by mid-Spring after we relocate her from the west coast.

Top of the line facility. Clean, well-managed with an accommodating, knowledgeable and accessible staff. Spring Hills Somerset provides excellent care, support activities programs and amenities for the residents. The transition to Spring Hills for my mom has been a wonderful experience for her- she absolutely loves the place.

Lunch today at Spring Hills Somerset was amazing! We had prime rib with delicious little roasted potatoes! And Rhonda made a wonderful cookies and cream cake for dessert! It felt like a holiday meal!

Recently, my family and I had to make the difficult decision that my father, who has dementia, needed to be in an assisted living facility. While we knew this time would come, we weren’t prepared for all of the processes and emotions that would come along with it. From the moment that we stepped in the doors of Spring Hills, we were greeted with friendly smiles and positivity, and each and every person who works there is dedicated to making the experiences of not only the residents, but their families, the best that they can be. Erio, the Executive Director, is hands on and puts a personal touch on everything that he does. He was there for us from the start to give us a tour, talk us through the transition, give us suggestions, and even helped to set up my Dad’s TV when it arrived. Lisa, who handles Sales and Marketing, has been a blessing, and she was our first point of contact. She is responsive, helpful, incredibly thoughtful, and is always checking with us and my Dad to make sure everything is going smoothly. Everyone feels like family. The facility is beyond clean, the activities are wonderful, and the food is delicious. While my Dad is still acclimating, we know that we made the best decision having him live at Spring Hills. We thank every single person who is a part of the community from the directors to the chef Jonathan to the nurses and caregivers, for everything that they’ve done and continue to do to make sure that he feels at home and has the best care possible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My mom was a resident in the memory care unit for a little over 2 years before she passed. I give the highest praises to the nurses and aides that do this work. Mom was always well taken care of and clean. Even though she rarely spoke they did try to get her to engage. Agnes, the nurse, was the epitome of caring and compassion.

My uncle has been there for about 18 months. Staff is very responsive especially the director Erio Rosario. He is visibly present in the community and has helped me personally every single time I have reached out to him!

Compassionate care, safety and nutrition are the most important factors we considered for my parents. Spring Hills, Somerset hits it out of the park on all three! We absolutely love the menu that Head Chef Jonathan provides, there is a vast number of choices, rotation week to week, and diet accommodations as well. When we shopped other communities, the care level that the nursing staff and aides provide is top-notch and the nutrition as well. Thank you to everyone that takes care of my Mother!

Our neighbor settled here after less than satisfactory stays at other local assisted living facilities. In contrast, Spring Hills staff is capable, friendly, welcoming. The place feels like a hotel, not a nursing home. Our neighbor is very happy there.

Excellent facility! My mother lived there until her passing. The care was phenomenal. Everyone was wonderful from the administrative staff to the nurses to the care givers to the dining room staff to the entertainment staff. Excellent food and a variety of entertainment. Mom really loved her new home and my family is so grateful for all that they did during her stay.

Mom just moved in July 2014. The staff is very caring and supportive. Every staff member is willing to assist or direct you to the person who can assist you. They accommodate your family's need as much as possible. The medical staff are always on target and communicative. The support group is interesting, informative, as well as warm and encouraging. Our experience has been very pleasant in a very difficult decision.
