I have worked with healthcare professionals now for 37 years as a Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Manager in Medical and Healthcare Market Places and have met scores of people in varied businesses. My hat is off to all those I have met at Arbor Terrace Roseland...especially Donna Salvati. I would recommend this facility highly for a loved one to live.

Arbor Terrace is absolutely beautiful and the residents seemed genuinely happy and full of life when we visited. Everything is bright and welcoming and the property itself looks well taken care of. Definitely a great place for anyone looking for senior living or memory care!

I have the pleasure of being a vendor at Arbor Terrace Roseland. The staff are kind, caring and committed to compassionate care. The building is beautiful and clean. Management are not just people who sit behind the desk I frequently see them engaged with residents and families. It’s truly an intimate place for adults as they age to still have independence, age in place and receive the dignity every person deserves throughout their life.

We had to make the decision that our mother was in need of additional supports during Covid. Needless to say, it is a difficult decision to make at any time, but especially arduous during the pandemic. Thankfully, It is a decision that we do not regret at all! From the start with the first phone call, we felt supported, cared for, and safe. Seven months later, we feel all of that and more. The ENTIRE staff, from the front desk, custodial, dining hall, coordinators, management, and all medical and support staff, cares for our mother as well as we did (and sometimes better!:-) They have a genuine understanding of how to support the residents holistically and always with the respect and dignity they deserve. Our mother oftentimes says that she has adopted all the staff as her extended children! Not only does our mother feel safe, we, her family do as well. That feeling is priceless........as is Arbor Terrace!

My experience with Arbor Terrace, Roseland spans many years. The beauty of the surroundings is maintained and consistently improved upon. However, quality of life for the residents is the factor that matters most to the Arbor Terrace staff, who comprise a team determined to deliver the best day to day experience for each resident. I am always impressed with the good feeling in the air when I visit.

I definitely made the right decision to place my husband at Arbor Terrace Roseland. He has the best care possible and the staff is amazing. Their kindness, compassion and training is beyond compare. During the pandemic, I received constant updates on how the facility was coping with keeping the residents safe. In addition, Arbor headquarters would also send info on their handing of the pandemic. The info was open and concise. Even under lockdown I was able to see my husband via FaceTime and received updates from the Hospice nurse on his condition. Friends who had family in some other facilities had no info at all about their loved ones. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance of the property is always clean and beautiful. Definitely the right choice. A great location for me as well.

Arbor Terrace has literally been a lifesaver for our aunt. It is very homey and the care given by the staff is phenomenal. Everyone working on the Memory Care Unit has a vast understanding of dementia in every stage. Our aunt loves the daily activities and outings and, most importantly, she is thriving! We are thrilled with the care that she is receiving. The team is loving, compassionate and they always go above and beyond for all of us. We highly recommend Arbor Terrace Roseland without hesitation! Doug Mary

This is the perfect place for my father. Vibrant atmosphere, caring staff and clean facility with good food. It is not just a nursing home, it is a community. Kate is an absolute angel who truly cares about each resident in the memory care.

I moved my Grandmother from Emeritus to Solana and it was the best move we ever made. My Grandmother was a resident in the memory care unit and after our experiences at Green Hill and Emeritus we were beyond thankful for the care she received at Solana. The medical team was always available to answer questions and help even when my grandmother had to go to inpatient rehab in another facility for three months. My grandmother passed away but I was so thankful that she spent her last year in a place where she was so well cared for. I am not usually someone who writes online reviews but having gone through the process of trying to find the best Assisted Living program for my grandmother I felt it was my responsibility.
