Had the pleasure of visiting The Atrium for its Seafood Buffet open house in June. Beautiful facilities. Sat with two of the residents who were fantastic and answered all of our questions. Also had a great conversation with Amber Graves, Senior Director of Sales & Marketing. Will definitely be returning to view the apartment offerings.

My wife and I have lived for close to five years at The -Atrium at Navesink Harbor. Mary is currently on the health care ward and I in independent living. The kindness, warmth, support, and cheerfulness of all the staff is exceptional for which we are most grateful. An example we treasure is the memory of our 60th Anniversary. As I was confined in the local hospital, my wife in her wheelchair arrived at my bedside wearing her red carnation lei assisted by an aide. The surprise event had been engineered by the director of nursing Mary Rodriguez and the executive director ,Michel Gentile. The entire staff from nursing, dining room, maintenance, housekeeping, activities, transportation, valet service to the ever welcoming concierges create a friendly and caring community. With the plethora and variety of in-house activities, proximity to Red Bank's vibrant theaters, we have found a special home .

Was very excited to hear Matt Mazzucca has joined the wonderful team at The Atrium at Navesink Harbor. Matt and I both had our fathers staying at the Atrium at the same time and certain his compassion and empathy will contribute greatly for those looking for an optimal place for the elderly. I especially retain wonderful memories of Jennifer Lau in Patient Services and Mary (the Director of Nursing) and her great staff. It was absolutely the right choice for my father at that stage of his life. My sister and I remain grateful

Our mom had a wonderful experience at the Atrium. After visiting other senior living offerings in Monmouth County, we decided on the Atrium based on its beautiful location directly in the Navesink River, cleanliness, activities, top-notch staff, food quality, and apartment style. We also loved the proximity to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in Red Bank. It was as if our mom was on a cruise ship with all of the fun activities and water-front dining. She loved the fact that she had her own lovely kitchen to prepare meals on her own and entertain friends, or the option to dine in the snack bar on the main floor, as well as complete lunch & dinner service in the spectacular dining room with water views. She spent many warm summer days out in the garden and even enjoyed going out on the Atrium's pontoon boat with her friends. The level of care was excellent. Having a clinic in-house is super convenient, and having dermatologist and other specialists stop in made appointments easier. She also had her hair and nails done in-house in the salon, which made her very happy. We found the building staff to be very friendly - everyone from the valet parking to the front desk to the maintenance people. Any questions we had were promptly answered. The Atrium treated our mom and us as family. We loved the fact that when our mom became very sick she was able to stay in the building on the hospital floor to recover. The nurses and the aides on the floor were just the best and gave her loving care. There were even activities provided on this floor, and we so enjoyed the day the mariachi band came to play! The Atrium was the best place for our mom and we would highly recommend it.

I moved here with my husband when I was 67. That's in the younger end of the age distribution but I am very happy here. It's quite beautiful, like a high end hotel, when you enter. I can't yet participate in all of the activities they offer since I haven't yet retired but there is something for every taste. I do love the fitness center and the boat rides. Riverside life is amazing. I have a dog (one of my requirements when choosing) and when we walk along the Navesink I feel grateful. We also have a fabulous view of the river from our apartment. Another plus is the walkable nature of the Red Bank location. It's a sweet town with lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

What an amazing community! All I can say is WOW! They are so customer service oriented and the residents and their families come first. Communication was on point once my loved one could no longer advocate for herself and their level of compassion and caring is the best I've ever experienced. The staff, the food, the care are all top tier. If you are thinking of moving there, DO IT!

My mother has been a resident at The Atrium at Navesink Harbor for several years now, and we couldn't be more pleased with the kind of service and care she receives. The facility itself is well maintained, clean, and designed to ensure the comfort and safety of its residents. The staff at The Atrium at Navesink Harbor are truly the heart of the facility. From the moment my mother moved in, they have treated her with the utmost respect, care, and love. They are professional, attentive and always eager to understand and meet her needs. Their patience and compassion are commendable, especially when dealing with residents who have specific health challenges. The healthcare services provided at The Atrium at Navesink Harbor are excellent. The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, caring, and respectful. They regularly update us on my mother's health status and are always available to answer any questions or concerns we might have. There's also a range of daily activities for the residents to participate in, which helps keep them engaged and mentally stimulated. These activities not only contribute to her general well-being but also provide her with a sense of community and purpose. The Roundtable event was a very upbeat, informative experience, and I enjoyed the time spent with the residents. I came away with nothing but positive feelings about The Atrium, and reinforced my desire to eventually reside there. My only thought is that everything can't possibly be that perfect!! I would've hoped to hear any downsides to residing at The Atrium in order to solidify my decision.

I just wanted to thank the entire staff of the 2nd floor nursing station . The nurses the aides , therapy team u it manager and charge nurses . They were absolutely wonderful with my mom while she was in there . The care and loving attention they gave her was above and beyond. They showed what caring for their patients was all about. The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is a great place. As soon as you walk in there is a very positive energy. People are smiling, they are engaged and friendly. My parents moved in together but my mom was in poor health. She eventually passed away on the Atrium's medical floor where she received very good care and dad was only an elevator ride away. When my mother died, the community was super kind and supportive. Dad at age 95 now takes part in many physical, social and educational activities. He attends exercise classes, plays shuffleboard, ping pong and bocce, ballroom, Irish and line dancing, goes to Monmouth Racetrack, attends concerts and shows at the Atrium and out at other venues. He also enjoys sitting on the deck which overlooks the beautiful Navesink River and cruising the river on the Atrium's own pontoon boat. He is currently involved in planning the resident's talent show. Although he misses my mother after 68 years of marriage, he is not too lonely because he is so busy. The meals are very good and his apartment gets cleaned weekly. There is valet parking for visitors. He also walks to nearby stores and Riverside Gardens Park in Red Bank. The staff is wonderful - kind, caring and proficient. I'm really grateful that my parents decided to move to the Atrium and that my dad is thriving and enjoying life.

The staff at The Atrium were always pleasant and welcoming whenever we visited our relative who was so fortunate to spend the last decade of her life there. Everyone treated her with respect and kindness including the housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, dining room, cafe, and office staff. We felt confident she was being well cared for at all times - whether briefly on the nursing floor or in her own lovely apartment. The gardens were beautifully kept and the view was gorgeous. Boat rides on the river, lectures and concerts inside, transportation to various venues - who could ask for more?!
