I was impressed with the welcome I received this morning at the reception area. And as I went to the room I was visiting, every staff member I Met , greeted me. I thought that was very nice. As I was leaving the facility, one of staff who was in office by the back of the reception area, greeted me and we made some jokes and humored each other. Just left visiting with my Mother, Margaret. We chatted about tomorrow’s birthday celebration. We will be gathering at the facilities outdoor gazebo. Balloons, streamers, homemade carrot • cake and lots of family and love. The staff will make sure that my Mother is dressed in a preselected outfit (blue to match her eyes), and that the gazebo is clean for the party. Thank you to everyone who has brought my Mother safely through the pandemic. ™™

My mom & dad moved there about 6 years ago. I cannot say enough good things about the level of care they receive and the awesome staff. Our family would absolutely recommend this facility for a parent or loved one.

Used to be a place that depressed me, but new management has really cleaned it up. Friendly staff, accessible and clean living spaces, nice atmosphere. I would consider Victoria Commons again if need be.
