We really liked this nursing home. Entire staff is excellent and very helpful to the entire family and the patient. They took great care of our father. His room was always neat and clean without any smell. Nurses and aides were always there to help him. We would heartily recommend this facility for their loved ones. This facility smells very clean every time I walk in. Staff is very friendly, especially the morning staff. The night staff should pay more attention to the patients. Food menu is good.

I originally left a terrible review and after several days of being in this facility I've learned that between the nursing staff, the physical therapists and all of the assistants have all gone above and beyond with what little have. The building itself is in desperate need of major repairs.

The place is a little old, but the staff are the best. They always help me with what I need Taking care of my family. They are great.

We placed my father in law at Care One New Milford last year for long term care. He was a patient in 1st and 2nd floor, he was treated with dignity, excellent nursing care, and a warm caring environment. He passed while on Palliative Care. The staff was amazing during this difficult time from Dr Goldstein speaking with family on a Sunday to the nurses and CNAs assuring he was comfortable. We thank all of the New Milford team for being so attentive.
