An amazing faculty and staff, made moving my family members in very easy and stream lined, all of the staff is wonderful, delightful and caring about the residents, Anna-Marie (director of sales) was most helpful with every aspect of the transition, always available for any questions and to help with the anything that was needed and really made my family members feel at home and welcomed when moving. If there was an option to give this facilty 10 stars even that wouldn't be enough!

The first thing I tell anyone who asks me about Sunrise is that I know my father is safe there. Sunrise of Morris Plains has done an amazing job keeping residents safe during the pandemic. The staff always communicates with me about my father and has gotten to know both of us. Dad has caring people watching over him who know his likes, dislikes, and quirks. No long term care facility is perfect but I'm glad this is the one we chose because I don't have to worry about him being there.

Moved Mom in today, the staff were so great. Anna B. went above and beyond to make mom feel welcome. With a big hello at the door to making sure things were all lined up and ready to go. And as an added bonus, a lovely plant with a welcome note. Everyone made me and my family comfortable with the decision of moving mom in. Anna is more than a person who works at Sunrise, she is family to us. Thank You!

Every facility has its issues, from management to miscommunication to services. I have had very few issues with the whole team. It is mostly miscommunication and, if you stay on top of it, most everything is fixable. It is hard, often thankless, work taking care of the elderly and I commend everyone who works here for doing their best, especially during the Covid challenge. Thanks, Sunrise!
