This review is strictly regarding the recent staff addition of TONI ANN WIDMAIER, who is the acting Clare Bridge Program Manager at Brookdale Monroe. Toni Ann has truly changed the quality of life for my grandmother and my family as a result of her dedication to providing the best possible care and does so with a positive attitude amidst the COVID19 pandemic. She checks in frequently with our family and safely facilitates photos, videos, and Facetime sessions during the shutdown to fill us in on my grandmothers heath and activities, which have increased in quantity and quality of participation from times prior. She has a way with managing recluse dementia and alzheimers patients and it really shows with how engaged and expressive my grandmother has become again since she joined the Brookdale Monroe team.

My Dad stayed at Brookdale Senior Living in Monroe for a few months and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and caregivers there. Everyone was really wonderful and helpful with my Dad during his time there and I would like to thank them all for what they did for him. This is a wonderful facility and I wish that he could have stayed there longer and enjoyed it more. Thanks again very much and take care.
