My dad was a resident at this facility. He had very serious behavioral issues and was "Kicked Out" of 5 other facilities before we found Millennium Memory Care! The staff are Angels! They are patient and give my dad the attention he needs. His behaviors have decreased tremendously since his admission over a year ago. Thank you to John the nurse and Esther the manager!!

Although this place is not as pretty as other facilities we visited it was the only facility that would accept my father and for this we are grateful. Thank you to Natasha and the staff at Millenium Memory Care for caring for my father in his last months. I especially want to thank Priya, Tina , Sweety , King and Natasha for their true compassion and kindness and for letting me become part of their family at Millenium. Many thanks and gratitude My low rating is not for the staff listed above but instead for the business end of this facility who are lacking in compassion , and who are quick to blame Hospice for the deficiencies in their own system and their general lack of communication amongst themselves. This entire healthcare system for seniors is truly abominable and reform needs to happen. ( look For further review on this) Furthermore before anyone signs a contract with any facility be sure to read it thoroughly so you are not faced with an 8000 bill after your love one passes Also question what their policy is as concerned with staffing and what type of care they actually provide. Lastly , make sure you advocate ( on a daily basis ) for your loved on. It's truly scary how many things fall through the cracks even when you think you know what's going on. And finally shame on this business and any other business out there that places a priority of money over compassion.

I wanted to share my appreciation of your wonderful staff at Millennium Matawan and the care they provide for my husband Bill, who has been there for close to six months. The staff is extremely attentive to his needs, goes above and beyond and spends a lot of time with him. They get him up and walking and encourage him to participate in activities like getting outside to play ball or joining a sing-along including his favorite songs from the 1950s. The staff is always calm, smiling and positive, especially Natasha and Prianna. Since we aren't able to spend as much time in person with Bill, the staff is always accommodating by setting up video calls for us and they respond to me quickly regarding any concerns or questions I may have. I highly recommend your facility.

Recently we had to make a very hard choice to place our sister in a memory care facility. Millennium in Matawan came highly recommended and we can honestly say we have not been disappointed. Juliana and Judith take excellent care of our sister Phyllis. They are always helpful and informative as to how she is doing. They seem to have made her feel comfortable and welcome in their care. It is a great relief that when we visit her they get her to say goodbye without her being upset. We want to thank them for being there and helping us be able to deal with this difficult situation.
