Although my beloved mother's stay there was short, my family and I will be forever grateful for the outstanding care you provided. Gabby was so supportive. She was always there to lend an ear and answer our many questions about Alzheimer's. Thank you for making these difficult months easier for all of us!

Sunrise of Marlboro was a wonderful place for our mother. Sunrise helped us with every aspect and stage of our mother’s care. What first appealed to us on our initial visit was the quality of the staff. This initial impression held true once our mother joined the Sunrise community. The nursing staff, care takers, maintenance and management all did their jobs to ensure that our mother was well cared for. By the end of her life, our mother needed a very high level of care. This was provided by Sunrise. When we first looked at assisted living facilities, we found that not all would provide this level of care. We knew our mother’s illness would progress over time, and we wanted our mother to stay at one place. The high level of care provided by Sunrise allowed her to do this. Finally, we would like to add that there was a great deal of joy and laughter at Sunrise provided by a very caring staff.

Remember when Frosty the snowman put on his magical hat & became alive….Well, this is how I feel the experience has been with my Mom at Sunrise of Marlboro. Mom was needing more care day to day. She felt like she was becoming a burden to our family (which was not the case). We lost our dad a few years ago and mom was become very depressed & lonely. Although we were around and had plenty of company in and out, she felt alone. After a family discussion, we started to ask around about assisted living for her. Sunrise of Marlboro came highly recommended from a friend of mine. The move in process was a breeze. From soup to nuts they helped you with all!!! Mom moved in April of 2022. She told the staff, “I just want to be left in my room until I feel comfortable to mingle”. That lasted 1 day. Just like Frosty, she became alive again! Getting involved with activities, talking with the residence, PT & what ever Sunrise is offering that day. This was a true blessing in disguise. Listen, is any place perfect these days, no, but Sunrise of Marlboro is close to that. A few minor tweaks here and there along the way is all it took. The staff from care takers, nurses all the way to upper management are not afraid to “roll up their sleeves” to help your loved ones feel at home & comfortable.

We are truly happy with the community and care at Sunrise of Marlboro. The staff are attentive and kind and know the residents individually. Our questions are answered quickly and professionally and communication is timely and frequent. It helps me sleep at night knowing mom is safe and comfortable.

The staff has been nothing but caring, supportive, and easy to communicate with during a tough year of moving my mom in Feb 2020, back out during pandemic in April 2020, and now back in again as my mom is fully vaccinated. The past years workload and sadness has not diminished their spirit or drive to make sunrise a warm friendly home for our cherished mother.

Since my aunt was diagnosed with Alzheimers in 2014, this is the third home in which I have placed her, and I finally feel like this was the absolutely best decision I have made. You could not find a more caring staff. She is always clean, her hair done, they keep her and the rest of the patients busy and stimulated to the patients best ability, and I completely trust that my aunt is receiving the best care. I would highly recommend Sunrise of Marlboro to care for your loved one.

The staff at Sunrise in Marlboro became our second family! The care of my beloved mom was second to none! We were all treated as family. Each person had a unique relationship with my mom and her pet cat! To me, there is nothing, absolutely nothing that they could have done better! There was terrific communication between the staff and our family! Wonderful experience and I highly recommend Sunrise in Marlboro to anyone exploring assisted living facilities!

We are very satisfied with this community, and everything they have done for my mother. She is doing very well with her move to this community. She is enjoying her time, and stays busy with the activities they have available. The meals are great, she hasn't had a bad since her move here. She is very content with this community. Everything has worked out very well for us with this community, and I would recommend it without a doubt.

My mother in law is very happy here at this community she loves it. Everything has worked out very well. and I'am pleased. It is truly a wonderful community, everything is very well maintained. There are nice activities offered, she has tired many of them. She is pleased with the meals, the food is very good. I know she is safe and being cared for well here. This is a community I would recommend, It has worked out well for us.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Sunrise of Marlboro looked like a very nice place, it was my favorite that we toured. The facility was clean, and the staff all seemed friendly and professional. This would have been the community I chose, however my loved one decided on another location.

I'm very pleased with how things have gone with Sunrise of Marlboro, I'd give them top marks across the board! It's a nice looking, well kept, clean facility and they take great care of the residents. The staff are all very communicative and efficient as well, they'll keep you up-to-date on your loved one's status and send you reports, notes, etc. The only issue we had is that when we toured the admissions person quoted me a price, but a few days later gave me a slightly increased price for reasons that felt like I was being nickled-and-dimed somewhat.
