Hate it here! My care is terrible. Looking to get out of here. My elderly mom died end of May and the social worker never booked transportation for me. Pulse wanted $350. Who the heck has that kind of money hanging around. Last year I had $316 locked in my drawer and it got stolen. I came over to 2A got another $200 stolen-never replaced. My hair does not get washed weekly. I have to beg.They have never helped me brush my teeth yet they take my money. 🤔

After breaking my hip in a fall and then getting a subsequent infection I wound up in four different hospitals and three different nursing facilities in the course of four months. I can't say enough about the Renaissance specifically JDT the villas rehabilitation center. The rooms are all very clean and private with their own bathroom and shower en suite. I found the nurses to be top-notch. The physical therapists got me on my feet and moving even when I didn't think it would be possible. Like every other nursing facility they are understaffed specifically on weekends, that is an unfortunate fact of life today. Nevertheless I've been there twice so far and I expect I will be back there again for the next surgery. I couldn't be happier with the care I received.

Wendy is a very good nurse. She goes above the call of duty. She is very caring and wonderful to the patients. Suzanna she answers all your questions. The Aide Josea is very caring to my dad, the best aide ever. The food is very good. If you are looking for a place for your family member I would highly recommend The Renaissance.

Wonderful place for rehab. Rooms are newly decorated and very clean. Staff is exceptionally friendly and super helpful. We have had bad experiences in the past with other places for my mother, and now we won't go anywhere else.

Hello! My name is Ricci. My grandmother suffered a severe stroke within her home in the cerebellum on June 1st, which left her unable to walk and lost her balance and strength in the left side of her body. When she was sent to Chilton Hospital, we had severe problems with the staff in ICU overdosing her on Cardene and they dropped her blood pressure excessively from 230 to 160. The doctors and nurses did admit to by them doing this caused her to have another severe stroke. The second stroke caused by the hospital left her with numbness and droopiness on the entire left side of her face. We then transported her to Kessler in Chester, New Jersey where some of the nurses gave her a cholesterol medicine that caused her severe constipation and was meant for patients with severe diarrhea. As a result, she couldn't excrete waste for weeks and was in a lot of pain. After leaving Kessler, she was sent home with us before we brought her to JT Resort Renaissance and Villa to maximize her ability to walk again. The entire staff has showered us and her with love and empathy which has had a huge impact on her confidence and satisfaction to feel like she has a place that wants to see her get better and back onto her feet. It has been such a long journey with some nurses and staff at Chilton and Kessler who neglected care for my grandmother and it broke my heart to see her suffer in pain when she needed to go to the bathroom or go to the dining hall to eat with her friends there. JT Resort Renaissance and Villa has brought back my grandmother's spark and she is improving so wonderfully with the genuine care provided to her. It was so heartwarming to see that my mother, my sister, and I could all visit our grandmother every day because we were met with problems at Chilton Hospital and Kessler Rehabilitation Center where only two visitors were allowed and my grandmother was very upset from that. From the day my grandmother lost her independence to walk from her severe stroke, she has suffered from depression and it has made our entire family feel broken. We have visited her for two months now every day and there is no other place like JT Resort Renaissance and Villa that has given my grandmother the happiness and ability to see for herself that she will walk again and get back the independence that she lost months ago. I wouldn't have done it any differently to go through these struggles with my grandmother because if it hadn't been for them we wouldn't have found this lovely miracle that has been brought to all of us. Thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts for giving my grandmother a bright hope for the wonderful future she has ahead of her where she can look back to see how far she's gone and shed happy tears here. You are all godsents and sweet angels from the wonderful friendly greetings of the receptionists to the smiling nurses who have never made my grandma feel any less than the amazingly strong and beautiful person she has been her whole life. If you want a place where your elderly family members will experience miracles and everlasting love, choose JT Resort Renaissance and Villa.

I usually visit in the afternoons but went later in the evening yesterday. It was my Grandmother's 99th birthday. They had gotten her a cake and balloons and treated her so well that it made myheart soar she truly enjoyed her birthday. The staff is always friendly but yesterday I got to witness how much care they actually give.

The Villa has been an unusually caring and decent place for my mom. The staff has been professional and responsive. The rooms are clean and the food is good. There are always challenges when trying to help someone who is an elder, but I have been able to communicate well with staff regardless of the issue. I highly recommend this facility.

The staff at the Renaissance are exceptional. James is a phenomenal nurse and such a kindhearted individual. I'm blessed to have him care for my Mom. Joy, the unit manager is excellent and such a genuinely wonderful person. I always have the confidence that my Mom is well cared for and safe. Thank you to all staff at the Renaissance. I rarely do online postings. I was compelled to write the following as it is well deserved. With a heavy heart, we placed my mom in a nursing home late Dec. 2023. She has several medical conditions and no longer was able to live independently. Our demanding work schedule prevented caring for her full time. We toured many homes and weren't impressed with any. We selected the Renaissance because during our tour, we saw the positive interactions between the staff and residents. When mom entered Renaissance, she was mostly bed bound. The team worked with us to provide the best care that she needs. My mom made amazing progress. In 3.5 months, she is mobile, in better health than when she first entered the Renaissance, and joins the social activities there. A big shout out to Wendy, who is our rock and go to person there. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Together with Fumi and Ms. Cruz, my mom is in good hands.

I went to visit my Father as he now calls your place home. It was my 1st visit and the front desk registration person was all smiles and very nice from the moment we walked in to the time we walked out. That was so nice to experience among the other amazing staff. The whole visit was a very pleasant one as i met so many nurses and workers of the facility and the very professional yet kind woman who attended to my Fathers room. Instantly fell in love with her and was so thankful someone like that works there to take care of my Dad. Thank you for being a wonderful place to take care of my Father and to visit too!!

My 91 year old loved one moved from another nursing home. The difference is huge. She gets plenty of care and attention. The place is clean.The residents and staff on her unit are very friendly. I couldnt be happier and relieved. She's been here only one week and she has returned to her normal self! She's out of bed and socializing! Highly recommend.

Even though my wife has only been there for 2 days I was impressed by the cleanliness of her room and the attention of the staff. I was really impressed by the fact is that they bring therapy dogs ( Noodles) in for the for the patients. Keep up the good work.

Facility seemed nice enough. Talking to social services felt as productive as talking to a wall, and my father reported being ignored by the nursing staff on a daily basis. It feels like every bit of info that was provided to his care team by us was acknowledged, and then brushed aside. They seem to make sure he stays alive and that's about it, and it's disheartening
