This has been my home since January, having become mostly incapacitated after many falls for about a year and a continuing struggle with paralyzing depression. I haven't fallen for over 3 months and thanks to genetic testing, I was put on an antidepressant called Viibryd, which after about a month and a gradual increase of the dose, has given me back my life. I feel like I have stepped out of the black and white farmhouse in Kansas into the technicolor land of Oz. This is nothing less than a MIRACLE, facilitated by a very kind, caring and professional staff. How can I ever adequately thank you all? Bob Gerathy

In recent months we found out a very close friend of my family (who was like a big sister to me) had a terminal illness with less than a month or so to live. She had recently moved out of state and was in a very bad living situation. My mother had contacted Luke Warn, Director of Nursing for assistance in possibly moving Alice in to your facility. Luke took the ball, ran with it and made it happen in record time. He provided our Alice with compassion, kindness and even hands-on care. He rolled up his sleeves in every respect to provide a peaceful transition coupled with true care. I have never seen a person of a management caliber take the helm and perform tasks that aides and nurses do even though he doesn't have to. My mother was recently a patient at Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation Center. I can't express the amount of gratitude I have for the entire staff especially Doreen Roemer. This was a difficult transition for my mother and my family but the staff was always friendly, caring and attentive anytime there was a question or concern. They always made the time to talk to me and keep me fully informed on her care. I would highly recommend this facility to another family member or friend.

My father is in Atlantic Coast. This rehabilitation is really special. They truly care for their patients. The staff are very caring and they try their best. Also, this rehab is very clean. I also appreciate the beautiful setup for Shabbos.

My aunt was transferred to this facility because the family wasn't satisfied with the services at the previous nursing home. Upon arrival from the receptionist to the nursing staff they were super warm and friendly to me and also my aunt.

The hospitality representative was always willing to assist whenever needed.She offered solutions to any problems or directed us to the people who could help us.Social Services is God sent they offered advice on any issues and their open door policy allowed me to interact with them freely The nursing staff ,cleaning staff, and Frankie from the kitchen,worked directly with Mr.Jones and CNA Carol to satisfy his picky appetite.The gentle man who wears blue scrubs from physical therapy is amazing his dedication and motivational skills had all of us very hopeful and excited to be a part of the therapy process.

I work in Admissions and needed a rehab for my father in law. I couldn't be more proud of the way our staff took such amazing care of my father in law. It's one thing to see our staff take such great care of others' loved ones, but it's another when it's you and your family on the receiving end. Unfortunately my father in law passed away, but he was treated so amazing up until the very end. My family and I will forever be grateful for the love and care that was extended to him. Thank you to our amazing team!

Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Nursing Home has been absolutely wonderful and caring for my mother. The doctors and nurses are on point and kind and dedicated. The staff in every department has been so kind and caring which includes the aids and activities and therapy department are all beautiful people and mom is having fun getting well again...mom also compliments the food and snacks daily. The place is very clean.. I would highly recommend Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Nursing Home to anyone in need of the best place and care possible. Thank you to everyone that works there your talents and amazing skills and dedication are truly a blessing and are recognized by us families and our loved ones in your care.

My uncle was placed here at Atlantic Coast, The Nursing care he received was unsurpassed. They helped to save his foot as he was dangerously close to another amputation. The nurses and CNAs treated him kindly and with dignity. Even though he was sometimes beyond difficult. The Therapy department was also top notch, As was social services ~ helping us every step of the way. At this time I was a long term director for another facility. Turns out months later after my uncle was discharged home. This facility was looking for a Food Service Director so I applied and am proud to say I am now part of this incredible team of professionals. So I recommend Atlantic Coast Rehab not only as a thankful family member but also now as a dedicated employee.. I am proud to work here and would absolutely trust them with future loved ones who require nursing care and/or therapy.
