With so many assisted-living options out there, we are happy to say we made the right choice. Brandywine living at Howell is top-notch. They welcomed Mom April 2024. Dinara made sure all boxes were checked and everything was in place. Mom was reluctant at first, but so much has changed in just three short months. She's happy. She's not only gotten stronger but also more social. Mom has various needs. The attention she gets is kind, thoughtful and consistent from the aides, the nurses, dining, maintenance, and the front desk staff. They are all wonderful. Mom does PT, OT and speech therapy. They've taught her to be more independent while always keeping safety top of the list. We've seen improvement with Mom's health, strength and mental attitude. You all rock! Thank you, Brandywine Howell.

While I was touring facilities for my parents, Brandywine made a very good impression on us immediately. The residents looked very happy and engaged. The staff are very friendly, caring and professional. You can tell that they really care for their residents. Dinara, who was giving us the tour knew all the residents by name and was very interacting with them. My parents made the difficult transition from living alone to Brandywine. Although my dad needs much more "help" than mom, they are both finding things they can do together. The weekly trips are a wonderful enrichment for them, as well as interaction with the other residents. Happy hour is also a favorite for them and they look forward to that every week. It's great to know that they are in a safe and nurturing environment.

We recently moved our mom into Brandywine in Howell after an inviting & thorough tour from Dinara. My sister & I had an immediate good feeling upon seeing the place. First impression is that is had a warm & cozy atmosphere with a fireplace in the foyer & a piano the sitting room , very much like a grand home! The dining room is beautiful, with rich colors & draperies, a place where we'd feel good about our mom having her meals. Dinara gave us a full tour of all of the different activity rooms, explaining their purposes, as well as the room that would become our moms. She was very patient with us, as we had many questions & concerns. She explained how family visits and interactions were not only welcomed, but encouraged! She gave us the time we needed to make this very big decision, and a few weeks ago, our mom moved in. Dinara helped us step by step through the intake process, always available to answer questions. Our mom has since gotten involved in some of the activities offered & made some friends. She's getting the services that she needs for her health & has some very nice aides, therapists & nurses. It is an adjustment anytime a big decision such as this has to be made for an elderly parent, we feel confident that we made a great choice in choosing Brandywine. Thank you Dinara!

It's such a wonderful place to live! So warm & welcoming! In the spring & summer the porch is full of beautiful flowers. You can sit on the rocking chairs and spend time with your family members. The yard is also beautiful with a coy pond and more flowers. It's so peaceful! In the colder months the fireplace is on and it's a warm feeling as you enter. Then you are greeted by the front desk, who will assist you in your check in and fill you in on the day's happenings. The staff here is excellent! Very kind & compassionate, always willing to meet our needs or concerns. There are many activities & entertainment for the residents to enjoy and their families are always welcome to join in

We moved my grandma to Brandywine in Howell a few months ago and it's been so great for her. She use to sit home alone all day waiting for someone to come over but it was hard to be with her as much as we wanted to because of work and other things. She seems a lot happier now, she's made friends, she talks about all the activities she's been doing and when we visit she smiles a lot more. I wish we had done this sooner for her. Seeing her now it's like night and day. She likes the food and there's a lot of variety. We were worried about making the right decision for her but everything went very smoothly. We couldn't be happier with our decision and would recommend Brandywine to anyone!

Both my parents reside in Brandywine Howell. My mother is in assisted living and my dad is in Reflections Memory Care. I cannot say enough about the care they are both receiving. From the initial phone call asking about how the process works to getting them settled in the staff has been so helpful. We have had some medical issues and the nursing staff has been so attentive not only to my parents but also to the family as a whole. They are always quick to respond if I have a question or to ease my anxiety. They understand that having a loved one in assisted living is a full family experience and I highly recommend Brandywine Living Howell.

My mother is a resident at Brandywine Living at Howell and I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. She is 88 years old and as you can image this was not an easy move for her to leave the house she lived in for so long and it was not an easy decision for the family to do during a pandemic. Brandywine Living of Howell made the transit so positive for my mom and worried free for the family because of the safe atmosphere they have made during these tying times. She has become much more active and sounds so happy every time we speak to her now. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful you can really tell how much the team at Brandywine Living at Howell cares about their residents. They are always checking on them, making sure they have what they need, making sure they are entertained every day and not just sitting in their rooms by themselves. I could never be able to do all the wonderful things they do for all the residents, they truly treat each and every one of them as family. It's such a relief and nice feeling as a daughter to know that your mom is in such good hands and I don't need to worry about her. I'm very happy that this is where my mom gets to call home now, it's a beautiful place, very clean, nice rooms, and very welcoming. What makes Brandywine Living of Howell 5 stars (I would give it 10 stars if I could) is the staff, I could not even pick out individual people because they all have some how or another made my Mom comfortable, made her laugh and made every day a little better then the last. This has been the best decision we ever could have made for my Mom just wished we did it sooner now seeing how happy she is living at Brandywine Living of Howell !!!

For years Mom told us that Brandywine Living at Howell was her go-to for assisted living. She was very familiar with them through the many activities they sponsored in the community. Mom felt comfortable there and knew staff members (Colleen!) before even moving in. Mom became a resident at Brandywine Living at Howell several months ago. The move-in was smooth and in spite of the pandemic and the issues faced, Mom's transition from independent living to assisted living went well. The staff at Brandywine Living at Howell is very supportive, attentive and helpful to Mom and to us. Whenever we reach out with a question or concern, response is quick and on-point. It is particularly reassuring to know that nursing staff is available 24/7 and just a phone call away. The personal approach provided by all staff is greatly appreciated. There are all sorts of planned activities and festivities available to residents. We really enjoy the pictures of Mom emailed to us and posted on Facebook. Also, allowing us to join in on the festivities via Zoom has been great. Mom enjoys sharing her stories daily with us about the gang at Brandywine including Kim, Colleen, Amy and Mara and the list goes on and on! Brandywine Living at Howell offers a safe and family-type environment which is comforting to us to know that Mom is in good and caring hands.

I can't say enough about the staff at Brandywine. They helped make what was certainly a very stressful transition for my 92 year old mother-in-law an extremely positive experience. The staff is compassionate, caring and selfless when it comes to the residents. Lisa and Coleen in administration, Michelle in the wellness center, Amy the activities director, the restaurant staff, the receptionists, the nurses, the cleaning staff and all who work there are warm, kind and thoughtful human beings. They go out of their way to ensure the happiness and well being of each and everyone of their residents. Lisa DeCicco and her entire staff should be commended on running such a wonderful facility.

My experience with the Brandywine at Howell has been excellent. My husband is on the younger spectrum of the residents in the Assisted Living setting. This was a very difficult decision for us to let go and shift from home care to Brandywine at Howell. The team approach was great to ease the transition and worries of my husband adjusting to a new living arrangement. The "Care Managers" and staff really work very hard to meet the needs of each resident. The folks who don't have immediate family nearby are adopted by the staff in a warm and nurturing community environment. Everyone from the facility administrator, the Wellness Director and Nursing Supervisor and front desk personal provide a personal approach with the many circumstances that arise depending on the needs of each resident. They go above and beyond the business side of running a facility to assist families and residents with other diversified issues that arise. Brandywine is more than an Assisted Living facility. It is home to the residents and their families. Home is where residents and their families experience a nurturing environment, feeling safe and respected.
