I researched assisted living homes for a dear friend of mine who was in another facility and very unhappy. We came to see Michelle and were greeted so warmly and genuinely and she gave us great comfort. We toured everywhere and met staff who immediately welcomed us and made us feel at home. The important things that my friend wanted was good food, a lovely apartment and new friends. At Atria she has gotten all of these things. I can see why so many people have moved into Atria. The Memory Care Aides were amazing - patient and interactive. They got to know my mother and would give me (truthful) updates on their interactions when I visited, which made me very comfortable. They took the time to find the inner person in my mother, beyond the current one afflicted with memory loss. There is a full schedule of activities every day to keep residents out of their rooms and with other people. Annika and Khalifa do an amazing job with that and their patience and attention is above and beyond. Many thanks to Michelle and Alma for answering my questions promptly. Alero, the Director of Memory Care, has the magic touch with the residents. I was always confident in my mother's safety at Atria.

My husband and I visited Artia looking for long term care for my mother in law. We were impressed with the facility and all it had to offer. It was clear that Artia is a community committed to promoting physical health, safety, and social engagement for seniors. Unfortunately, shortly into the visit, we realized that Artia could not be an option for us due to budget constraints. However, that didn't stop Michele, the sales director, from demonstrating genuine care for our situation. Michele spent time with us answering questions and sharing knowledge about the process that we were unaware of. Michele even connected us to someone who could provide us additional information for our particular needs. We would have loved to be able to move forward with Artia, and I feel sure that anyone looking for a Senior Living Community would feel the same. The compassionate staff, comprehensive amenities, and range of living options makes Artia a standout choice for anyone seeking a supportive and enriching place for loved ones to make home in their later years.

Atria Cranford is the best place for my loved one! The staff has been there for years so it's nice to see familiar faces which you cannot say for most places. The apartments are larger than most places! Making a decision to move my loved one was diffificult but my loved one is very happy there!

My Dad is currently a resident of assisted living at Atria in Cranford. When he first arrived he had difficulty deciding if this was the right decision for him. After living here for two years in May, he has adjusted well. We can't say enough about the entertainment that is provided as well as the staff. Barbara, Lena and Gary go above and beyond to make each day fun and entertaining for everyone. The nursing staff has been very helpful when we needed assistance in our Dads care! Thank you to everyone at Atria in Cranford for your kindness and patience.

I cannot speak highly enough at Atria of Cranford. My mom was a resident for over a year and the care and support provided was exceptional. The staff was attentive and compassionate. The activities and programs fostered a sense of community among the residents. It was well maintained and very clean providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. I highly recommend the facility to anyone seeking a supportive and caring environment for their loved ones.

I visited the Atria to look for a place for my mom after she would be done with rehab. Chris at the Cranford location was absolutely wonderful with helping me understand what is included and what would probably be best for my mom. He had no problem going over things with me to make every option and cost clear to me. He also helped me with concerns about her care at the rehab and what my rights are for information. He did not have to do this, and was so kind of him to do. Sadly, my mothers health declined and she passed away. Chris called and offered his condolences, he was truly sorry to hear the news. I would highly recommend using them and asking for Chris for any help. He truly is a wonderful member of their staff.

Choosing a place for my grandmother to live as her care needs have changed over time was never an easy decision for my family. We toured facilities, read countless reviews online and no place that we considered compared to Atria. The staff goes above and beyond in so many different ways to make sure that my grandmother is cared for properly. There is always different activities that residents can participate in. The facility is always clean and the staff members you can tell know my grandmother well and always do their best to make her comfortable and tend to her needs. When necessary staff is always quick to be in contact with us regarding updates to the facility, my grandmothers status and any other important information. Atria has made this transition for my grandmother and our family a lot easier knowing that she is cared for and has the extra care that she needs. My mum has been a resident of the atria of Cranford for over 12 years. She started out completely independent but as she aged her needs increased and she received more assistance. She is now on the Guidance Life side and is very happy. The caregivers are so nice to her and she enjoys all the activities that they provide!!

We worked with Atria in Tinton Falls and Cranford to find a place for Mom after she leaves rehab. Both locations were very helpful and went above and beyond to try and help accommodate my mother's needs. In particular, Michele Grande in Cranford and Kim Russo in Tinton Falls. Both we very knowledgeable, compassionate and responsive. Ultimately we wound up making other plans for Mom, but we will revisit Atria again in the future.

I wouldn’t send a family member here, especially the Memory Care Unit. The care the patient receives is minimal. For the cost my mother was dirty most of the time. Her clothes were filthy as well as her personal hygiene. Her nails weren’t cut and dirt was underneath her fingernails. The place is sad with loud screaming and the aids don’t care. A male patient was exposing himself, and I told them, there response was he always does that. It is awful

I would give this facility a 0. For the cost they didn’t take care about about my Mom. She would be dirty, her clothes and dirt underneath her fingernails. The staff for the most part, did didn’t care about the patients, they would be screaming and told abruptly to shut up. Please don’t send your loved ones there.

I am a little concerned about a few issues we are facing with my Aunt. She has fallen several times, things are disappearing from her room like hand towels, pajamas I bought her - clothing in general. Sometimes we get clothing that doesn't belong to her back with the laundry. Also she is currently on her third or fourth pair of hearing aids, which are very expensive and hard to replace because somehow she is losing them. One time she had a pair in her ear that didn't even belong to her. A few times we've come to visit to find things that need to be cleaned up in her room ( toilet accident on a chair in her room), hardware issues on her furniture, and personal cleanliness supplies empty - that would have been nice to get a call to tell family to replenish. We've had to bring her toilet paper because there were times I visited and there was NONE in her room. Again We are paying for care that I think should include basics like toilet paper I think the problem may be that there are not enough caregivers.

After our friend Jim decided to move into Atria his life has been vastly improved on so many levels. There is a real sense of community and caring ---the staff has been amazingly attentive. His dining options are excellent. There is a plethora of activities and entertainment. Jim is receiving outstanding physical therapy and has greatly benefited from it. My wife and I are so happy that Jim is receiving such great care. More importantly, Jim is very happy too.

My grandma currently lives at Atria and my family couldn't be more pleased. She is in memory care Life Guidance and my family was always very nervous about her being in the care of others but the staff treats her very well and treats us like family. The food is tasty, hot and there is a variety to chose from. The activities keep her busy and her room is always very clean. I looked at brookdale senior living and arbor terraces but this felt like home compared to them.

We are satisfied with the services provided for my husband's aunt. Caregivers are compassionate and make sure that residents have everything in order. It's very unfortunate that her health doesn't allow her to live on her own anymore, but Atria seems to be the best option out there, and we can be sure that she's taken care of 24/7.

My mom is in the memory care unit and we couldn't be happier with the level of care she is receiving. It was hard for the family to come to the conclusion that we could no longer give mom the care she needed at home. Atria made that decision a little easier. We always know mom is okay.

Atria Cranford and especially its Life Guidance section are first class! The facility is very homey and classy, the staff is very dedicated and extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Our 97-year-old mother was there for almost two years (before she had to go to rehab for a broken hip). We always felt assured that she was in good hands, that we were always welcome and that she had many opportunities for the types of stimulation and activities that mattered most. I would highly recommend this facility for Alzheimer's/Dementia care residents.

I feel so happy I was able to find such a friendly and safe place for my aunt to live. Her dementia made it impossible to live on her own. Atria gives her the help she needs and the independence she desires. The staff are great and she is happy to be there.
