I have been visiting Atria regularly for the last several months with my partner whose mom moved there some time ago. She is comfortable and well cared for. The staff are friendly and always accommodating. I have enjoyed live music and other fun activities there. Would surely place my own parents there if they were still around.

Atria Cranford is a wonderful place. If you are looking for a great community for a loved one, you will not be disappointed. Both staff and residents are very happy and love all there is to offer. Atria Cranford was recommended by a friend who has their mother living there. She couldn't say enough great things about the senior living community. The food is exceptional, the building is immaculate, and the staff and resident couldn't be any more welcoming. I was extremely impressed with all aspects including how many activities and events were being offered to the residents. A few residents went out of their way to let us know how much they liked living there and that they were hesitant before they actually moved in. What they thought it would be and what it actually was were completely different. I know my grandmother probably felt the same before she decided to move. She is doing very well and loves living there.

Atria Cranford was a wonderful home for my dad! I couldn't have been happier. The environment is bright with great energy. The staff from reception -kitchen - nursing and housekeeping are warm and friendly. The residents are great too- my dad made good friends! When his care needs increased I was happy he could continue to stay in a home he loved and get the advanced care he needed.

As a senior advocate, I toured Atria Cranford several times with families and I know people that live there. The feedback is always positive...they love the activities, food is great, and it's a true family environment. When looking at communities for a loved one, care is top of the list. Finding qualified staff and care givers is not always easy but Cranford definitely pulls it all together.

I visited Atria for my grandmother and was very pleased with it. The building was very active and everyone was extremely professional. The residents had smiles on their faces and I asked how they liked it and every person I asked had great things to say. I will put them at the top of our list.

I went to visit my aunt at Atria in Cranford and was happy to see the residents with smiles on their faces and were busy doing various activities. The building was very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The food looked delicious and the apartments were nice. There is a beautiful outdoor area that looks perfect to enjoy on a nice day. I would highly recommend Atria Cranford.

It was a very difficult decision to move mom out of our home. Once the decision was made, we toured several facilities in the area; Atria Cranford became our #1 choice. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we’d found the best new home for mom. Everyone was welcoming and kind. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are cheerful and energetic and seem to really enjoy their jobs. Working with the Sales Director, Michele, and Business Director, Samantha, was a delight. They answered all our questions and made appropriate arrangements for Mom’s arrival and placement. We are grateful to have mom in a secure place as her dementia progresses. We know she is safe and well cared for.

I researched assisted living homes for a dear friend of mine who was in another facility and very unhappy. We came to see Michelle and were greeted so warmly and genuinely and she gave us great comfort. We toured everywhere and met staff who immediately welcomed us and made us feel at home. The important things that my friend wanted was good food, a lovely apartment and new friends. At Atria she has gotten all of these things. I can see why so many people have moved into Atria. The Memory Care Aides were amazing - patient and interactive. They got to know my mother and would give me (truthful) updates on their interactions when I visited, which made me very comfortable. They took the time to find the inner person in my mother, beyond the current one afflicted with memory loss. There is a full schedule of activities every day to keep residents out of their rooms and with other people. Annika and Khalifa do an amazing job with that and their patience and attention is above and beyond. Many thanks to Michelle and Alma for answering my questions promptly. Alero, the Director of Memory Care, has the magic touch with the residents. I was always confident in my mother’s safety at Atria.

My husband and I visited Artia looking for long term care for my mother in law. We were impressed with the facility and all it had to offer. It was clear that Artia is a community committed to promoting physical health, safety, and social engagement for seniors. Unfortunately, shortly into the visit, we realized that Artia could not be an option for us due to budget constraints. However, that didn’t stop Michele, the sales director, from demonstrating genuine care for our situation. Michele spent time with us answering questions and sharing knowledge about the process that we were unaware of. Michele even connected us to someone who could provide us additional information for our particular needs. We would have loved to be able to move forward with Artia, and I feel sure that anyone looking for a Senior Living Community would feel the same. Atria Cranford is the best place for my loved one! The staff has been there for years so it's nice to see familiar faces which you cannot say for most places. The apartments are larger than most places! Making a decision to move my loved one was diffificult but my loved one is very happy there!

Atria has been my Mom's home for almost three years now. The staff is friendly, professional and dedicated. She recently had a stroke and went from ICU to acute to sub-acute care and desperately wanted to return home to Atria. At each level of rehab we worked with that end in mind, and the Atria Wellness Team supported our efforts to get her back in a familiar and comfortable environment where she could continue to rehabilitate. That's exactly what happened and she has made a miraculous recovery. Atria is able to provide for her new level of care, and she is growing in her ability to manager her ADLs. (Activities of Daily Living) Highly recommend the place for any loved one.

I have considered Atria Senior Living for my parents who are 81 and 82 years old. I found this facility to be the best fit for their needs. The apartments are quite spacious and just right for what I was looking for. I especially liked the variety of activities and socialization that is available at Atria. Everyone in the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. And the outdoor space is perfect for enjoying time outdoors when the weather permits. I recommend this facility for those who require a senior living arrangement.

I have doing musical entertment at Atria Cranford for the past 2 years. I find it to be one of the most well-run, attractive and happy facilities of the many I've played in. The staff is unfailingly helpful and polite, and Barbara Moran's entertainment program is fun, energetic and brings smiles and interaction to all of the participants, who listen with rapt attention regardless of their status. There seem to be a very high percentage of happy and 'with-it' people residing here, who seem to be enjoying their life as much as they can, and what could be wrong with that?

My Dad is currently a resident of assisted living at Atria in Cranford. When he first arrived he had difficulty deciding if this was the right decision for him. After living here for two years in May, he has adjusted well. We can’t say enough about the entertainment that is provided as well as the staff. Barbara, Lena and Gary go above and beyond to make each day fun and entertaining for everyone. The nursing staff has been very helpful when we needed assistance in our Dads care! I cannot speak highly enough at Atria of Cranford. My mom was a resident for over a year and the care and support provided was exceptional. The staff was attentive and compassionate. The activities and programs fostered a sense of community among the residents. It was well maintained and very clean providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. We worked with Atria in Tinton Falls and Cranford to find a place for Mom after she leaves rehab. Both locations were very helpful and went above and beyond to try and help accommodate my mother's needs. In particular, Michele Grande in Cranford and Kim Russo in Tinton Falls. Both we very knowledgeable, compassionate and responsive. Ultimately we wound up making other plans for Mom, but we will revisit Atria again in the future.

The staff is amazing . Michele made the transition so easy for my Aunt to move into her new space . This place is amazing and I recommend it to those who have to make the difficult decision to move their elderly family members into a senior residence.

I am a little concerned about a few issues we are facing with my Aunt. She has fallen several times, things are disappearing from her room like hand towels, pajamas I bought her - clothing in general. Sometimes we get clothing that doesn’t belong to her back with the laundry. Also she is currently on her third or fourth pair of hearing aids, which are very expensive and hard to replace because somehow she is losing them. One time she had a pair in her ear that didn’t even belong to her. A few times we’ve come to visit to find things that need to be cleaned up in her room ( toilet accident on a chair in her room), hardware issues on her furniture, and personal cleanliness supplies empty - that would have been nice to get a call to tell family to replenish. We’ve had to bring her toilet paper because there were times I visited and there was NONE in her room. Again We are paying for care that I think should include basics like toilet paper I think the problem may be that there are not enough caregivers.

When looking for a place for my mom, Atria was at the top of the list. It is clean and well run, and the staff is warm and friendly. It is a huge relief to know that my mom is being well cared for. I wouldn’t send a family member here, especially the Memory Care Unit. The care the patient receives is minimal. For the cost my mother was dirty most of the time. Her clothes were filthy as well as her personal hygiene. Her nails weren’t cut and dirt was underneath her fingernails. The place is sad with loud screaming and the aids don’t care. A male patient was exposing himself, and I told them, there response was he always does that. It is awful

I would give this facility a 0. For the cost they didn’t take care about about my Mom. She would be dirty, her clothes and dirt underneath her fingernails. The staff for the most part, did didn’t care about the patients, they would be screaming and told abruptly to shut up. Please don’t send your loved ones there.

My grandma currently lives at Atria and my family couldn't be more pleased. She is in memory care Life Guidance and my family was always very nervous about her being in the care of others but the staff treats her very well and treats us like family. The food is tasty, hot and there is a variety to chose from. The activities keep her busy and her room is always very clean. I looked at brookdale senior living and arbor terraces but this felt like home compared to them.

I visited the Atria to look for a place for my mom after she would be done with rehab. Chris at the Cranford location was absolutely wonderful with helping me understand what is included and what would probably be best for my mom. He had no problem going over things with me to make every option and cost clear to me. He also helped me with concerns about her care at the rehab and what my rights are for information. He did not have to do this, and was so kind of him to do. Sadly, my mothers health declined and she passed away. Chris called and offered his condolences, he was truly sorry to hear the news. I would highly recommend using them and asking for Chris for any help. He truly is a wonderful member of their staff.

My mom is in the memory care unit and we couldn't be happier with the level of care she is receiving. It was hard for the family to come to the conclusion that we could no longer give mom the care she needed at home. Atria made that decision a little easier. We always know mom is okay.

After our friend Jim decided to move into Atria his life has been vastly improved on so many levels. There is a real sense of community and caring ---the staff has been amazingly attentive. His dining options are excellent. There is a plethora of activities and entertainment. Jim is receiving outstanding physical therapy and has greatly benefited from it. My wife and I are so happy that Jim is receiving such great care. More importantly, Jim is very happy too.

We are satisfied with the services provided for my husband's aunt. Caregivers are compassionate and make sure that residents have everything in order. It's very unfortunate that her health doesn't allow her to live on her own anymore, but Atria seems to be the best option out there, and we can be sure that she's taken care of 24/7.

My mum has been a resident of the atria of Cranford for over 12 years. She started out completely independent but as she aged her needs increased and she received more assistance. She is now on the Guidance Life side and is very happy. The caregivers are so nice to her and she enjoys all the activities that they provide!!

I enjoy living at Atria Cranford. In spite of COVID they keep us occupied with extra Zoom activities from religious events to daily bingo. I’ve made some great from and the staff is attentive and kind.

Pricing keeps going up be careful was 8000.00 after 6 months they higher it an extra 1200.00 a month to now they're asking 24000.00 a month which is ridiculous. Although it's beautiful it's not what your told from the start.

Atria Cranford and especially its Life Guidance section are first class! The facility is very homey and classy, the staff is very dedicated and extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Our 97-year-old mother was there for almost two years (before she had to go to rehab for a broken hip). We always felt assured that she was in good hands, that we were always welcome and that she had many opportunities for the types of stimulation and activities that mattered most. I would highly recommend this facility for Alzheimer's/Dementia care residents.
