Siena has a lot to offer compared to other rental properties and I absolutely love it! Been here almost 3 years now. It is super quiet, very well maintained and provides a wide range of activities covered in the rent. There are exercise classes or games almost every day. There's also crafts, bingo and a dinner party and/or luncheon at least once a month. The clubhouse is beautiful and a great place to meet up with other residents, use the exercise room or speak to the wonderful management team who have offices there. The apartments are large and spacious and may actually be too big for some single people. Only 2+ bedroom units are offered. Moving to Siena was one of the best decisions I've made. My only concern is the rent increases each year, but not sure if there are any rental communities that haven't had these increases....

Staff, including maintenance people, are very helpful. The apartments here are very generously sized and well maintained. Soundproofing between apartments seems to be excellent. Lobbies are clean and inviting. Pets are allowed (with restrictions, of course)!

We had an excellent experience with Siena Management, especially with Tra. She went out of her way to make our move as pleasant as possible. We can not thank her and Siena enough for their help with our move. Tra understood our needs and concerns and made the move smooth. The apartment is absolutely beautiful! If you need maintenance, they are there! I give Siena and Tra 10 Stars.

My wife and I moved here 9+ months ago and are very pleased with our decision to live at Siena. We moved just before the Covid-19 sheltering-in-place regulations so our introduction to the community was well outside the norm. Still, management has been very attentive with the various details needing attention in a unit that is 8-10 years old. Their friendly and responsive attitude is much appreciated. We moved here after spending two years at another community. 30 years prior to that we had owned our home. We love the freedom living here affords us. Our unit is nicely sized, larger than our previous place. The layout, high ceilings, and effective use of space makes it feel much larger than the additional 100' sq. ft. we gained. Plenty of useful storage, open space, and light. The location is very convenient. Grocery store, restaurants, shops and services are very close by. Access to I-295, NJ Turnpike, I-95 and Philadelphia is very easy. All this, and we are saving money in monthly rent.

My experience has been a nightmare. I moved in Oct 2017 paying $1675. My unit required a lot of work in which I did. My bathroom smelled of urine around the toilet. I replaced the entire toilet without reimbursement. Then HVAC went out flooding my entire place. Had to fight to get new carpet. They wanted to dry it out. This was under previous owners. In Aug 2018 after being here only 8 months I received notice of new management which came with a whopping 10% rent increase. I am now paying $1843. I was informed that another 5% increase is coming end of this year. Now we are under construction with the new models and building. It feels like they are in my living room. The noise is unsettling. The new management sucks. People are ice cold and only care about the bottom line. I've been here 16 months and can't find my name in the directory in the lobby. My light has been out at my door for 6 months and "we are working on it" is what I've been getting. The morale here is low with people moving out every weekend. Good Luck. I'm next.

My wife and I have been a resident here for five years. The first two years the complex was a living dream. We experienced several deficiencies with management that almost caused us not renew our lease. Since Cove have taken over, we can see a huge difference in the exterior grounds as well as upgrading interior unit concerns. Kudos to Andrea, Omar, and Sabrina for their untiring kindness, professionalism, and support in caring for the needs of the residents

We are so pleased to have Andre'A ( and Omar ) here on site as Cove Property Mgt. Positive changes are occurring at Siena. When we met with Andre'A we were encouraged and relieved. We moved here in Dec.,2016. Unfortunately we quickly became dissatisfied. We were considering moving. Because of Andre'A 's expertise and professional goals, we are optimistic that Siena will be a permanent home for us. She has drawn the residents together, and we are happy to know our neighbors and plan to make Seina a real community.

Having lived here for 6 years in January, receiving TERRIBLE service, uncaring management and numerous other complaints, the new management, Andre A, Omar, Liz and staff have accomplished in 4 months what Hovnanian never accomplished at all! Our building was thrown together, has had major issues but things have turned around. We have anxiously awaited new blood and now we are seeing so many accomplishments overall. We know it takes time but we now feel we have a voice as renters and a wonderful advocate. Hope it continues.
