Their memory care unit is 100x better than the place my mom used to live. She has kept her dignity. She's clean and healthy and some days her hair and nails are nicely did.

Recently had a opportunity to tour the Residence at Cherry Hill with my 88 year old mother, who is ready to make the move to assisted living. We were given an excellent tour by Laura P, the Sales and Marketing Director. Laura directed her attention to my mother and asked very relevant questions pertaining to my mom’s current state of mind, health challenges, and her reasons for moving into a facility like the Residence. Laura gave us a very thorough and enthusiastic overview of the facilities, amenities, and the staff. She walked us through activities rooms, dining facilities, and model rooms, all the while focusing on my mother. She was adept at getting my mom to address her fears and concerns about life/care in an assisted living facility. By the end of our 1 1/2 visit, my mother was convinced that the Residence was place she wants to be. Thanks Laura!

The Residence at Cherry Hill was one of several assisted living facilities we toured in the area. Even as we entered, it felt warm and homey. All of the staff that we met with were knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate every request! Making the move from your private home to an assisted living arrangement is always difficult, but the staff at The Residence at Cherry Hill did a great job of taking care of all the details and welcoming him in. And that made life easier for everyone!

We loved the people both working and residing at the Residence. And Laura was so helpful and accommodating when all three of my siblings couldn’t visit in person to tour for our mother. The energy of the community was exactly what we were looking for. Can’t wait to visit our mom there and see her thrive!

I recently visited the Residence at Cherry Hill with the intent of finding care for my 88 year old mother. After understanding the memory care needs of my mother, Laura P., Sales & Marketing Director, provided a thorough overview of the Residence at CH, including the Reflections memory care unit. Laura then gave me an excellent personalized tour. She was very knowledgeable and really cared about the staff, the residents, and about the needs of my mom. We met Lynn who is responsible for the Reflections memory care unit. I was truly impressed with Lynn and the mindful approach she described. The application of their Principles for Vitality was evident in the details, the colors, the activities, the thoughtful interactions with the residents. I loved the emphasis on helping residents live with “purpose”. I found this to be unique to the Residence at Cherry Hill. Thank you, Laura and Lynn. You are amazing. I believe that I can fulfill my dad’s wish to take good care of mom and to make sure that she is happy.

The Residence of Cherry Hill is a wonderful and caring community. Some of the exceptional staff members include Nikkia Sharpe-Executive Director,Teresa Frye-Billing, Jeanne Mercer-Engagement, Carol Bennett-Nursing, Kristina Burns-Front Desk, Tamika and Emily-Nursing/ Med Techs, as well as, too many others to mention that take care of our loved ones. They did a great job staying on top of the COVID Pandemic. We appreciate everything they do each and every day. Thank You!

I cant say enough good things about the care my mother has received here over the past several years, particularly during the Covid crisis. The physical facility is well maintained and the staff has been responsive to various concerns with my mothers care and happiness. Everybody--from the Executive Director, to the Wellness nurses, to the Activities coordinator have been caring and sensitive to my mothers needs. My family is grateful for how Atria has provided for her, particularly during this unprecedented situation. When it was time a year and a half ago for my stepmother to join an assisted living community, we chose an Atria facility again based on my mothers experiences at Cherry Hill.

My Mother has been at Atria Cherry Hill for the past 4 years and we have been more than pleased with the level of care she has received along with the ethics and standards that their entire team is held to. During the past 5 months and the Covid-19 quarantine, Debi (Ex. Dir.) and her entire team have done a superb job in keeping the residents safe and healthy. We all wish things were not the way they are in the world now and were able to see Mom more often as before, but I can say without reservation that Atria Cherry Hill has operated 100% in resident care mode and followed all guidelines and protocols. Our entire family is grateful to Debi and the team and we sent over a lunch to them last month as a Thank You for going above and beyond. Warm Regards, Frank

Can't say enough of what this facility has done for my brother. The staff is fabulous. He is off most of his medications. He is part of a positive community and no longer alone.

My mother moved into Brookdale Marlton Crossing. The people are very friendly, and they have a lot of activities that anyone can get involved in. When you walk into the place, you can sense that the people care about the residents, treat them with respect, and everyone is busy doing something. Her room is small, but it's good for her. The food is good, the service is quick, and she's happier there. I wish it was the first place I placed my mother. They need to update the room. Everything is clean, but it's older. They have rocking chairs out front, a courtyard, and a walking trail, which is nice.

I cannot say enough good things about Emeritus at Marlton Crossing. While the facilities themselves are extremely clean with an upscale appearance, the best part of this place is the people. Debra, Suzanne, and Tim made the transition from indpendent living to assisted living for my father incredibly easy. The nurses like Amira are highly skilled and attentive, and the staff is incredibly upbeat. There are more than enough activities for anyone to have a good time, and the food is fantastic! The whole team operates with admirable ethics. After looking at roughly a dozen assisted living facilities in south Jersey for my father, this was the place without a doubt.
