If it were possible to give this place more than five stars I would! The Spring Hills staff went above and beyond to make sure my great aunt's move-in process seamless and most importantly, making sure she felt right at home from the second she got there. We were blown away during the tour; the place was spotless, the food looked great and there was a strong community presence there. Bravo, Spring Hill!

I love Spring Hills Cherry Hill. It is a beautiful building. Rachene, Donna, Greg, and Rosa are very responsive, no matter what time of day or night I have a question. Jemimia is a gem in Spring Cottage. You can tell she truly cares about the people she cares for. I would tell anybody looking for assisted living to check Spring Hills out.

Spring Hills is a great place. My aunt has lived here for over a year, and Spring Hills kept her safe. We are always in the loop on what is happening, and the staff and management is very accommodating. Esther is always trying new activities with the residents, which can be a challenge in the age of covid, and we are thrilled to have the full dining room menu back again.

Unfortunately my father wasnt a fit for this place,but Russel was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us find something. He really cared about my dad and our family. He didnt stop until he found something that worked for us!

The staff is very caring and thoughtful. There are various activities and events to keep the residents engaged and motivated. The facility is clean and aesthetically appealing. Management is quick to respond to requests. Im only giving 3 stars due to the quality of the food and room cleanliness.

My mother has been a resident in the memory care unit at Spring Hills for more than four years. I could not be more pleased! The care she gets is loving and personal. The staff takes the time to know her and her family. If I have any concerns, they are addressed immediately. Every day is planned with appropriate activities. When they realized that she missed reading (she has poor eyesight), they arranged for her to have books on tape! She has a private room and bath. I can relax knowing that Mom is getting the best care!

This is a great facility. The staff is caring and friendly. A huge upgrade from where my mom was before and they weren't cheap. Food is very good, the dining area is a former restaurant so the atmosphere is warm and not clinical like most. Staff works with you not against you when developing care plans. Can't say enough!

I have spent 20 hours at Spring Hills over the past week as the Job Coach for a new employee with special needs. Thus, I have seen this excellent facility from an employee's perspective. Every staff member I have met was personable and clearly committed to their main role: delivering top notch services to each resident. In my 40 year career as a psychologist I have worked in many assisted living settings and Spring Hills in Cherry Hill is among the best!

First and foremost, we commend the entire staff for their positive and respectful attitude toward residents and family members. In addition, the management, particularly Mike Lando, has been extraordinarily responsive to our changing needs. He has been available, collaborative and concerned. He and the entire staff demonstrate a true partnership approach in meeting the needs of our parents as well as us. Circumstances have given us the opportunity to spend substantial time in the community and this has provided us with great insight into how it functions. The flexible delivery of "care-in-place" has been enormously important to us and is a particular benefit of Spring Hills. The beauty of the physical environment and the philosophy and approach to resident care provides the perfect combination for assisted living. We give this a 5 star rating.
