My mom has only been at AristaCare for 2 days, and although she wants to be home, the staff treats her phenomenal. Jasmine and Lisa take good care of her. Andrea helped me with intake which made checking in a positive experience. And the manager Jean keeps an eye on my mom along with all her important work. Even helping me, being patient as I learn and patient with my mom. All of the staff is caring and helpful. Good bless them all for ask they do to make this an exceptional rehab!

I just finished my stay at aristacare. I love the activities, they are very fun. I was treated kindly and feel like I was able to express myself and be heard. Communication can be fair at times. The building was clean and the housekeepers were nice. I grew to really care for some of the staff that works there. I want to thank miss charlene for having my back from day one. I also want to thank nurse tasha for always listening to me and miss samara for always making me laugh. I also appreciate miss janine for making sure we are always active and having fun. Thank you cna arika for getting me coffee. I made alot of friends here that i hold dear in my heart and will greatly miss. I hope to come back and visit! And I also want to say thanks to miss Trish and let her know keep up the good job God bless aryone. Oh ps and to all the super viser thanks and therapy to. Mary, Julie and the entire AristaCare staff have been absolutely amazing while caring for my aunt Adrea Higgenbotham during her 100 plus stay. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication truly made a difficult transition so much easier for our family. From ensuring that guardrails were properly in place, to coordinating the delivery of her hospital bed and arranging nursing home care after discharge, every detail was handled with care and concern. Even after my aunt returned home, the continued support and follow-up showed us that their care goes far beyond just rehabilitation. The love, patience, and professionalism shown by the entire team has been nothing short of exceptional. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend this rehab facility to anyone in need of quality, compassionate care for their loved one.

Well, I have to admit when I first got here, I was scared. I was nervous because I’ve never been in this type of setting before, but After, speaking to the director, David and speaking to Julia Stewart, the counselor and speaking to the employees, Miss Kish, Mia, Jorge, Mitchell, and the rest of the staff. They have made me feel so at home. This place is great. I would recommend anybody to arista care. The care here Is it more than exceptional. It’s phenomenal. Not to mention. The food is good. But if you or your love ones ever need long-term care, I would Highly recommend this place over most any. They bend over backwards to make sure that the clients are well. Taken care. The staff for the most part are pleasant. My family member is rehabing there. Upon their arrival the room had not been cleaned nor anything wiped down. Which we didn't understand because their arrival time was late afternoon early evening. As for service that varies based on who is working! when assistance is for service the wait time is long or not all. We bring our family member food because the food they serve them is cold or it not food the deitateicn as been advised my family eats . It appears they service whatever it they want. So to ensure our family member eats we bring their meals daily . For as the service for rehab therapy we have no complaints there.

My son is in here for rehabilitation to walk after hip surgery. This is by far the best rehab he has been in. We have been dealing with rehabs for this issue for 5 years and I think this time he will learn to walk. Every nurse, social worker Julie and the physical therapy department are the best.

I fell in love with the staff from the 1st day my sister was admitted. Olivia was 1 of the Social Workers who went above & beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed & handled. She kept constant touch with me to make sure everything was going well. Patients need people like Olivia to advocate for them. Her warm, kind heart was obvious & makes her a success at her job.

I privately take care of a patient that is currently in your facility. I feel overwhelmed when I come to visit her because even though I see a lot of staff, I don’t ever get offered help even though they see me walking around looking for someone. Too many staff members just chatting with each other, on break, or simply ignoring what’s going on around them. I’ve had a few staff be extremely generous and kjnd but in the overall they just ignore or are not really willing to help at all. They all pass on responsibilities onto the next person and a chain of trying to figure out who to look for begins. So, it is frustrating. I’m sure it’s frustrating for the patients as well.

David is an excellent Administrator he listens and react in a timely matter i also wanted to add during my stay there I'm pretty sure that they paid out of pocket for me to stay there which to me says a lot about the people that run the place because if they wanted to they could have kicked me out but they didn't and to me that goes a long way people in this world are defined by their actions and the administration showed me a lot about principles because I thought that all of that was gone in the world but once again they proved me wrong and truthfully I haven't nothing bad about the place to say when I first got there I broke some rules until I got to know the place and the people who work there even the guys who fix things around the place they are on their a game and I have to say five stars all the way

Currently have my mom at AristaCare subacute center after a long hospital stay. She was previously at AristaCare after a broken hip two years ago. From that time until now, most of the nurses, aids, and therapists are the same which speaks volumes about lack of employee turnover. Everyone has always been kind, respectful, and helpful in their care of my mom and also in their communication with me. They truly want to help make the recovery process successful. Specifically, Jean, Rafael, Dave, Janelle, Rose and Kish (both angel aids), Toni, Mike (both of them), Amanda, Dan, Sean, Julie, and Olivia have been great.

Aristacare is the second rehab I have been too I won't say the name of the other facility.Straight from the door from administrative staff down I was shown nothing but respect and professionalism,to the highest degree.My description of the facility is in my opinion not 99% but 100% spot on.At my age 65 I have been around the block a couple of times. I have been a resident here for almost a month and I have to say that I haven’t really had much to complain about. The facility itself is nice and clean, the environment is comfortable, and the staff is so helpful and easy to get along with. The unit clerk Olivia has gone above and beyond for me as it pertains to the transportation reservations for healthcare appointments and other necessary appointments. The nurse Diana is extremely helpful and always making sure her patients are comfortable and taken care of. Overall, my experience here has been exceptional and I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a place such as this.

I was placed there because I need physical therapy after the hospital. Let me start by saying the staff especially the aids are amazing. They were always there for anything i needed. Always smiling very friendly. They made my stay so welcoming. Everyone i met even the maintenance man was super friendly. The food was good. The met my diet restrictions and helped me on my weight loss.jounrey. Everything is fresh and modern Very very clean Which made me happy. This place is near the top of the list of Worst Nursing Facility in South Jersey. There are a few aides here who are very nice. Brittany, Crissy, Antoinette, George, Mitch, Ashanti, China. The majority of the nurses here are really little more than medicine dispensing machines. Some of the good ones are Janice, Trish, Samara. There are others, but I can't remember their names right now. My social worker Julie is simply the best. She is helpful, kind and one of the most important people here for me. The administrator [name removed] is the epitome of lame ducks. He has done nothing to address my questions or my fears. There is rampant theft going on here. Some of the worst cooking in the world comes out of the kitchen. Medications are allowed to run out and not refilled in a timely manner. The site nurse practiser is less than efficient in treating or suggesting treatment for ills occurring with the residents. The rehabilitation staff are some very nice people who try to implement ideas to help residents recovering. This place is ripping off Medicare and Medicaid. They are surely NOT operating in a manner that promotes healing. We residents are really here to fill bed space and that's it. It's amazing to me that they are raking in the money hand over fist, but spend as little as they can to help the residents. [name removed] is less than empathetic.

I was in rehab at Aristcare from June 9th til July 10, 2024. I had broken my femur. The nursing staff is unbelievably awesome. Dave, Rose, Meghan, Toni, Kish , Alicia and so many more. They are always willing to help you. Also the therapy personnel Shauna, Dan, Valerie, Amanda, Trish...these people are the best anywhere. I recommend this place all the time because of the nursing care and therapy. I love these people

When I first got here, I thought this place was horrible and I just knew I was transferring come 1st thing Monday morning. Then Monday morning came and bright and early a woman by the name of Sakea W DQE was at my bedside and she was just as upset as I was if not more because I was feeling bad and wasn't well to begin with and all she wanted was to correct the situation and make me feel better. She was genuine and honest and I immediately felt like someone really cared about the way I was feeling. My aid Mitchel B. was so helpful to me, and his attitude was positive and up lifting. I was starting to change my mind, then I met my evening nurse Ms. Corrina. She was knowledgeable and very kind, and knew exactly what and when my meds were due. I felt safe with ms. Corrina taking care of me and still do. By the end of the day I had decided to stay. If it wasn't for these 3 people, I would have left, doing there different jobs, but all of them genuinely caring about my well-being convinced me to stay, since then I have been doing much better, feeling better and I believe that I will heal and continue to improve here. Thank you
