This place is near the top of the list of Worst Nursing Facility in South Jersey. There are a few aides here who are very nice. Brittany, Crissy, Antoinette, George, Mitch, Ashanti, China. The majority of the nurses here are really little more than medicine dispensing machines. Some of the good ones are Janice, Trish, Samara. There are others, but I can't remember their names right now. My social worker Julie is simply the best. She is helpful, kind and one of the most important people here for me. The administrator [name removed] is the epitome of lame ducks. He has done nothing to address my questions or my fears. There is rampant theft going on here. Some of the worst cooking in the world comes out of the kitchen. Medications are allowed to run out and not refilled in a timely manner. The site nurse practiser is less than efficient in treating or suggesting treatment for ills occurring with the residents. The rehabilitation staff are some very nice people who try to implement ideas to help residents recovering. This place is ripping off Medicare and Medicaid. They are surely NOT operating in a manner that promotes healing. We residents are really here to fill bed space and that's it. It's amazing to me that they are raking in the money hand over fist, but spend as little as they can to help the residents. [name removed] is less than empathetic.

I was in rehab at Aristcare from June 9th til July 10, 2024. I had broken my femur. The nursing staff is unbelievably awesome. Dave, Rose, Meghan, Toni, Kish , Alicia and so many more. They are always willing to help you. Also the therapy personnel Shauna, Dan, Valerie, Amanda, Trish...these people are the best anywhere. I recommend this place all the time because of the nursing care and therapy. I love these people

Aristacare Rehab Facility went above and beyond to address my concerns for my father's well-being, providing access to the entire care team's contact information for updates at any time. They helped us get a reduced transportation fee when my father faced multiple doctor visits and additional surgeries. My father felt heard and cared for, praising the staff, nurses, and physical therapists for their excellent care. The facility made his stay feel like a vacation, and my family was always warmly welcomed even though I was managing his care from 1200 miles away in Miami. I highly recommend Aristacare as a 5-star facility.

My review is a week late, my bad! Sorry Miss Shawna! I met with Miss Julie (Social Worker), Miss Shawna (Director of Rehab Services) & Miss Jean (Head of Nursing) to discuss my Mom's progress. Oh, & be careful not to confuse ARISTACARE with Avistacare! Yeah, I did that & was at the wrong facility at first! Well, I was accommodated with extra time to arrive to the meeting! Thank u! Then as I made my way to the meeting, so many ppl said "HELLO!" I've been to quite a few of these & this is the first that I was addressed with so many greeting acknowledgements! From the street and the parking lot, the facility doesn't look like much, but it's nice inside & it doesn't smell like . . . well u know how nursing homes/rehabs can smell. It really smelled nice! I really appreciate the ladies I met with! They genuinely care about patients & their families! KEP UP THE AWESOME WORK ARISTACARE!!!

well I had a great experience wonderful staff members not only were they professional and caring to the patient but to one another as coworkers I want to say hi to Patrice Felicia and Janice which were the nurses or LPNs that took care of me and my care. wonderful job to all of the O.T's and the P.T's. thumbs up all the way if I had to go back to a nursing facility it would be aristacare. thank you all God bless and hope not to see y'all too soon LOL

The entire staff is amazing with my mother in law. They are patient & give her the extra care she needs. And our family knows very well that she can be a difficult patient. In fact, mom asked to go to this facility once she was given a choice from.the hospital.

This has been the best post hospital care that our father (affectionately called Pop from the staff) has received! Kudos not just to the healthcare staff (aides Kish and Alicia, Nurse Janell and Jean the unit mgr), but the housekeeping and dietary teams were awesome as well!!! They even went out of their way to make sure our father received his Uber eats deliveries. Yes, he's spoiled. Lol! It seemed like everyone was stopping by his suite to visit him throughout his stay, and to wish him well at his time of discharge. They hated to see him go. The utmost thanks and respect goes to Sakea (DQE), she made everything happen. My family sends heartfelt thanks to you and AristaCare!

I loved going to therapy everyday and seeing all of the friendly people there that helped me get through this time. I especially loved working with Shauna, Dan, and Mike! The nursing staff was excellent especially Alicia, Rose, Toni, Kish, and Jeanie. The food was something to be desired. Sometimes it was good and other times it was not, but I would definitely recommend Aristacare!

I am very impressed with this facility. The rehab team works miracles on getting people to meet their goals, nursing staff Is very compassionate and attentive. They also have a DQE that shows excellent customer service and helped out with any questions we had.

I love my Aristacare team because they are always there for me when I need them, and they always make me feel like valued and cherished. My boss is the best, she knows how to do her job and make the work environment better when days are over hectic. PS: Activities staff are amazing, and know how make the day better everyone. Residents who are mobile go down to the business office where the staff is always available and beyond willing to help!

I love my AristaCare family. They make it enjoyable to come to work. They are so open and willing to come up with different ways to make residents as well as employees comfortable and to feel important. The way they showed out for Nurses week and Nursing home week was phenomenal. They included the residents and family members in the festivities for all to enjoy. It was so rewarding to see everyone come together, smile, dance and just be happy! I can't wait for CNA week to do it all over again and for the all the other ongoing Activities that's in the making for Residents and staff.. Great job AristaCare!!

In all my 30 plus years of nursing I've never celebrated a nurses week as I have with Aristacare this year. Truly feel appreciated. The week long celebration that extended into the celebration of Nursing Home week was amazing. To top the celebration off, the country bbq. Seeing the staff and residents mingle and enjoying themselves was amazing. Thank you to all the staff for all their hard work. I'm proud to be part of a heartfelt community.

I have to say Nursing homes and rehab facilities are tough....my grandmother has been in 7 different homes and this one is the most caring. I'm not saying everything is perfect, but when we have an issue they are willing to listen

@Ryan Slepian from Unplugged Entertainment was blessed to be invited to perform at Aristacare at Cherry Hill. The first thing I noticed was how kind all the employees were to me upon entering and throughout the show. I entertained their community with an Introduction to the Art of Marionetting and Instructional Juggling. What joy and laughter were had for the large attendance. I highly recommend this community.

In my short time as an employee here I have seen vast improvement in the growth of Administrative and Nursing staff. Our team works well together at providing excellent care. Our Social Worker Julie is extremely attentive and always available for patient needs.

The facility here is the best place for therapy. The nursing staff is very helpful but the patient advocate,Anitra is the best . The kitchen staff is culinary artist. Unparalleled to any other rehab. The physical therapist staff Punam, Emily, Kelsey and my precious OT Michael are the most compassionate and professional people. And I want to give greatgratitude to my personal nurses and nurses aide who makes my day phenomenal everyday.

The rehab team at AristaCare is fantastic. I've never worked with such devoted people and they're all young and energetic. when I came here I couldn't walk at all. My legs were like rubber and now after 5 weeks I can stand I can walk with help. Special Thanks to Moira, Shauna, Kelsey, Michael and Punam. What's great about them is that they are very positive about your goals and I want to walk out of here and now I feel I can.
