Good Morning Vesta I wanted and felt I needed to speak about my experiences with the maintenance man at CPSA Lee. It's really to much good that I can say about him in this small space. But what I have to let you know is I've been living here for over 7yrs.Seen a lot of worker's come and go.But Lee by far is the BEST I've seen yet hands down.Not that all of the others weren't good but he stands he OUT and ABOVE most of the rest.I don't really ever take the time to do this type of thing but in his case I felt like I really should. And MONICA is not to awful bad herself.

Beautiful place to live the people here are wonderful. Management is great Monica is the best and Lee with maintenance is great. I love living here and my family is happy for me being here.

I moved in March 14, 2026. The facility is very nice, neat, and clean. Monica is awesome with the residents. Lee, the maintenance person, is awesome also. The community lobby is decorated for the holidays and is welcoming to the residents.

I am so grateful for the staff, especially Monia, the property manager at Carney's Point Senior Apartment building, where my mom lives. Monica is incredibly personable, attentive, and truly cares about the residents as individuals, not just tenants. She consistently keeps me informed about anything I need to follow up on regarding my mother, which gives me great peace of mind. It’s clear that the team genuinely prioritizes the safety, well-being, and overall quality of life of everyone who lives here. Knowing that my loved one is in a supportive, caring, and well-managed environment means so much to our family. The upgrades to the interior of the building is still a work in progress but it's coming along. The maintenance person (Lee) is great. He is on top of the work orders. The manager (Monica) is great. She listens to the residents concerns and addresses what problems come up. I've been here 7 years. Positive changes are coming. Not a bad place to live.

We are so thankful that our elderly aunt feels very blessed to live here. The manager, Monica, goes out of her way to make this facility a very pleasant place to live. We really appreciate how she decorates for each holiday . She is always pleasant and friendly. She truly cares about the residents. Kudos!
