I have recently started working with them and I am grateful for their kindness, goodness and more But they do not renew the license if it stops working. It would be preferable if you renew the license in the event of an involuntary suspension, for example, immigration papers. In this way, you will help the employee with you. When he receives the papers, he immediately begins work and does not have to return to training again.

My brother in Belleville has used Bayada for the last 11 years. He had the same aide for 6 years & she was wonderful. Though his most recent one was not great, the company itself is. I must thank his Coordinator Vilma for always being amazing! She follows up with me the same day & checks in on him if there are any changes, issues, etc. Now that he is moving from Essex to Hudson County & Bayada is not available in his town, I'm hoping the new agency will take care of him just as well.
