I highly recommend the Activity Director, Sandy Peterson at Chelsea at Brookfield. She runs an amazing activity program for the residents to enjoy. She encourages them to participate and always has a sweet smile and a kind word for everyone. Sandy is awesome and I have worked with her to bring in arts and crafts and the Puppies Behind Bars program to her residents. Sandy has a warm personality and brings joy to all the residents including my Mother. My Mother has the highest praise for all of the kind staff at the Chelsea, especially Sandy.

The Chelsea at Brookfield has been home to our mom for almost 3 years. Prior to that, she resided in a single family home in Brookfield and was a volunteer at the Chelsea since its inception. Her time as a volunteer and a resident has been nothing short of positive in every way. The entire staff is genuinely kind and compassionate to every Chelsea resident. They are always friendly, upbeat and willing to take the time to talk and/or listen to residents and family members alike. This warm & caring environment offers many activities, outings, entertainment or guest speakers on a daily basis, allowing residents to choose what interests them on a particular day. My family has such peace of mind each day knowing that our mom is in such a clean, well organized and most importantly safe environment. We highly recommend the Chelsea at Brookfield!

My sister and I have recently helped our father move in to The Chelsea at Brookfield. We are all impressed by the family atmosphere here. Every staff member is friendly, outgoing, and caring. They perform their work with quality and pride. The sense of community is evident from the moment you walk into the building. The staff have quickly learned dad’s preferences and do their best to accommodate his needs. He constantly tells us something new about the beautiful facility, engaging activities and amenities, delicious meals, and doting staff. I have found every aspect of the experience exactly as it was presented on our first visit/tour. Our family is grateful for the expertise and dedication of the leadership team who have helped make this transition an outstanding experience.

Lifestyle Director Sandy Peterson is a true asset to The Chelsea community. Sandy is warm, welcoming, inclusive to both residents and visitors. She has often made a special effort to speak to our family members about our loved one, both to give positive and encouraging comments as well as to voice observations that have caused her to be concerned. Sandy also keeps her phone handy to document photos of activities of interest, and she has sent copies of those photos to us here at home so we can appreciate many of the excellent experiences that the Lifestyle Department schedules for all residents. Sandy really goes above and beyond and her passion for her position is evident in everything she does. We feel so fortunate to have Sandy on the Chelsea team!

The Chelsea at Brookfield is the best thing that has ever happened to my mom! She has lived there for almost a year (123 is her anniversary!) and she has never looked and felt better! The staff is attentive and caring (to me too!), yet they allow everyone their privacy and promote independence. I couldnt ask for more!

I absolutely LOVE the Chelsea at Brookfield!! The entire community is extremely organized, clean, well put together, and is just overall gorgeous! Then both the staff and residents are so sincere, genuine, welcoming, friendly and all together just create an environment that makes you never want to leave! The Chelsea has a wide variety of accommodations and events planned and are always keeping everyones happiness and well-being a top priority. One step into the building and I felt right at home! I can not think of a better place to suit all of the needs and amenities that the Chelsea at Brookfield has to offer! (And Im speaking from experience and having been through a wide range of other communities and facilities). Just love it!
