I love this building...... very dynamical

Didn't go inside but the place looks abandoned and scary looking from the outside , looks like it's about to collapse any day , only advantage of this place is the view

It's got roaches. They are selective with their rules and restrictions. Staff is lazy and have bad attitudes. Some of the residents are not properly cared for and maintenance is letting the building crumble. The elevators are out weekly and drug activity is an issue. My mother had me down as next of kin and emergency contact. She was sent to the hospital and they did NOT notify me. I found out she was in the hospital during the height of Covid... And she coincidentally died alone. This place should be a LAST LAST LAST resort. Proceed with EXTREME caution

We didn't actually go into any of the apartment units but did enter the building to buy some items from the convenience store. The apparent owner of the store was nice. We also spoke to a few residents who seemed friendly. However, compared to all the other resorts, hotels, and fancy tourist attractions on the boardwalk, this building appeared as an eyesore. Once walking closer to the building we could see that it was quite rundown. There were appearances of rust and disrepair. There seemed to be quite a few windows that were covered (from the inside) with torn shades, faded sheets, etc. the building seemed to represent the Atlantic City of yesteryears. It is my opinion that the owners should sell it to tear down to build another, more modernized building or give it a major overhaul.

This place is okay for the most part. Though there are a lot of things that could be fixed for sure. The number one thing is the fact that October through almost May the apartment temperature fluctuated between 75-85 for those months. 85 is way to hot. I understand that there are some older folks that live here but that doesn't mean that almost 350+ people should suffocate. Yes my heat was turned off but it was still way too hot. The apartment windows only open about 3-5' for safety reason. Which I get but it doesn't get (barely) any air in. It could be 85 for 3-5 days then it will change back down to 75. Which 75 is a normal temperature for most places. Upon asking they said that it was a law which I get they need to turn the heat on, but 85?! Seriously fix it. The website to which I found this place fibs with their parking. Yes there is a small parking lot that can hold up to about maybe 15-20 cars? I'm not sure I don't actually count. There is no garage, no assigned parking spot. It was on a third party website truily? Something like that. Do not advertise it as so. The elevators sometimes work for the most part. They turned off the power for 3 hours no warning. They were switching from breaker to fuse. They typically will put notices in elevators but there was nothing. Only a couple floors have laundry and they are smallest machines. However since moving in November 2 floors have yet to work. Once my lease is up I will be finding a new place. For my first place it was okay at best. However not worthy enough to sign on for another year. Only two small dumpsters for almost 350+ people. Gets full very fast and then trash is left all over. Please consider getting at least a 3rd one. I had a leak in my ceiling. Mind you these are paper like ceilings. The apartment above me AC/Heater was leaking and no one knew. It created this giant leak marks. I put a request in and even told the staff. It got fixed 7 days later but NOT before the ceiling BROKE and I was left with a hole in my ceiling. I had left several buckets around to catch the water. They finally fixed it after I nearly yelled at them that my cat could have eaten whatever it was and gotten sick. Don't worry it still happened not the breaking the leakage. At that point they hadn't figured that the upstairs was leaking. They did fix it the next day or so and explained why it was leaking. ONLY after I asked. The guy was nice and had no issues with him. Just the building. Pro: Friendly staff packages are left with them and you have to sign them out. They will also call you (most of the time mostly during the weekday) They have carts if you need to haul something from your car to your room. Mini mart on the first floor. The friendly boardwalk cat that they haven't kicked out yet. Has a fairly modern look to it. Faces either the ocean or the city so that's nice. They once called me to move my car before it was going to get towed.
