Overall the facility is great to work at. However theres some bad eggs in the staff and it creates a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. When things get reported it doesn't get taken seriously people get bullied and harassed more when they try to talk to management.

Besides being a beautiful place, the staff is wonderful. They are all very caring and kind and welcoming and have made my family members transition very comfortable and effortless. We couldn't ask for any better.

My father moved to Windham Terrace in May 2023. We looked at a number of facilities in the area, but the accommodations, location and involved staff at Windham Terrace sold us. Since then it has lived up to expectations. The nurses and LNAs are outstanding. He tells us the meals exceeded expectations by a lot. His apartment is comfortable and attractive. We're glad he's there.

I would like to thank the staff of Windham Terrace Assisted Living for the outstanding care they have provided my parents over the past few years. Even during this current pandemic, the staff has gone above and beyond to insure the safety of their residents. In specific, I would like to thank everyone who assisted my parents during the last days of my fathers life. I cannot express enough my gratitude and thanks for everything they have done to allow my parents the opportunity to be beside one another until my father passed. I researched all over for s place for my dad. That was 4 years ago. I cold not have asked for a better place to be at. They are kind respectful and caring. He is thriving there and is truly enjoying his time there.

My mother has been living at Windham Terrace for almost two years. I cannot say enough about this facility. The staff has truly been outstanding from the time I first inquired to today when the nurse director sat down with my mother to tell her that she would be moving to their memory care unit. The residents are treated respectfully, like family. Any issues that we had have always been handled right away. It's not easy when relatives get older and The Windham Terrace has made me feel that my mother is safe, well looked after and happy. Between my daughter working at assisted living facilities and my relatives staying in them, I am very familiar with how these organizations work. This one is exceptional.

My Mom has been at Windham Terrace for a year and a half now and she is doing great! We have had to adjust and supplement care in order to keep her happily living in the Assisted Living section but WT has been willing to work with us to create the best plan for her. It is really important for family to be involved in order to ensure the best possible care but we couldnt be happier overall. I am not sure if the Memory Care unit is as good as the Assisted Living side especially since there are staffing issues ~ they need another activities person, however, this is a very caring place and they do a really good job.

I have known some residents that have lived there. I still know one there now. I highly reccomend Windham Terrace. 5 stars is not enough ten or more is what they deserve. I reccomend the place to friends. Sincerly Yours Cynthia Ouellette.:0)

We moved my Mom into Windham Terrace 4 months ago and I cannot tell you how grateful we are for the wonderful and loving care they are giving her! My Mom has mid to late stage Alzheimer's disease and requires prompting and moderate supervision. Windham Terrace is gorgeous and her apartment is comfortable and very well maintained. She is in a 2 room corner until with nice windows, a huge closet and room enough for her baby grand piano, which she plays every day. They also allow pets so she was able to bring her two cats ~ a must for us even though we have to be responsible for their care. The staff is amazing ~ kind and caring and, Alicia, the activities director is fabulous and has them doing all kinds of interesting things every day. My mom takes a morning exercise class, painting and line dancing classes, and attends concerts and plays at the beautiful theatre in Manchester as well as other outings. They also bring in musical entertainment every week to the delight of the residents. We are a very "hands on family" and the staff is happy to work with us to make sure my mom is getting the best care possible. Eventually my mom will have to move into the Memory Care section but we will try and keep her in Assisted Living as long as possible. What a relief to find such a great place. We feel very blessed.

That was a lot of money. That was one of those corporate type hotel places. It's really nice but my dad is put off by that kind of atmosphere. He just wouldn't be comfortable there.
