Just had to take my mother out of Greystone. Assisted living is expensive.Thank goodness for Medicaid. And finances are the only reason we took her out. What a wonderful experience over the past almost 2 years. The staff from top to bottom were just wonderful to my 95 year old mother and us as a family. As I said to a few of the staff when saying goodby the last day. This just sucks. My mother was so happy and comfortable there. Staff is engaging and friendly, and it's not just a show when you're visiting. I observed numerous situations where the staff was treating the other residents just as well as my mother. No hesitations in recommending Greystone, Lisa (the big cheese) and the rest of the staff.

We moved my mom into Greystone Farms from Florida in December 2024. She’s 99 and was living alone in a single family home for 25+ years. Managing her care from a distance was extremely challenging. When I toured Greystone with Dale and saw the available apartment, I knew instantly it was perfect. From the very first day I walked through the doors at Greystone, the staff has been amazing. Dale was by me through the move in every way. The move was so much more complicated than I could have imagined, I could not have managed it without the support of Dale and the staff.Now that my Mom has settled, I can’t say enough about the admin, care, compassion, professionalism, communication, nursing, activities, dining and cleanliness. My mom gets one on one assistance and stimulation throughout the day. It’s truly a very special place.

A dear friend of mine unfortunately got diagnosed with dementia and was no longer able to stay at home. In doing some research to find the best place who could care for her and her needs, we came across Greystone Farm at Salem. Starting with the initial process, I loved meeting with Dale, who was the Director of Community Relations. She was extremely knowledgeable, very understanding, and empathetic towards our situation. Dale was a friend in a time of need when it was tough enough for us as the family to make a decision for our loved one. The staff from the aids, to the nurse staff , and beyond were so very caring for our loved one, Dee. We were very pleased and comfortable with our decision in placing Dee in a place that we knew would care for her just as we did for as long as possible keeping her home. We would highly recommend Dale and her team at Greystone. If you are between two communities, pick Greystone.

My sister was a familymember here . I say family as that is how the staff treats everyone.. just like family. Everyone that works there was always pleasant and always smiling. They went out of their way to make your visit a happy one. I can’t say enough about the STAFF !!!! Each and everyone that works there should be given a GOLD medal!!! You all rock!!! Thank you for all you did for my family during this trying time. Even when she was passing they went out of their way to make sure we had water, fruit and even something to eat!!! The staff at Greystone Farm has provided wonderful support and care for my parents since the day they moved in. My parents immediately felt at home and enjoyed participating in activities on and off campus. In his final days, the staff took excellent care of my Dad while continuing to look out for my Mom. As Sylvia said to me, When I am here, your parents are my parents . It was so comforting to know they were in good hands and helped reduce stress in such a difficult time. Thank you.™

Greystone Farm in Salem NH is a top notch assisted living and memory unit facility. The staff, both clinical and administrative provide excellent care, as well as customer service. Our mom is treated with TLC, at all times and we have been very happy with the care she gets. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of assisted living services.

Thanks to everyone at Greystone Farm our dad has remained hospital free since moving to his new home! Before moving to Greystone, he had been so sick that we never could have hoped for him to be doing so well. His physical and mental health has markedly improved, despite a chronic neurological disease, and he is now thriving at Greystone! The food is consistently great which helps too! We cannot say enough about the collaboration and professionalism of the Greystone team from the receptionist to everyone else that we encounter in the Greystone community (including those behind the scenes!). There are just too many great team members to name! Thanks so much for taking such good care of our dad and our family for the past 2-1/2 years, love the Zaino Family

Transitioning my brother into Greystone was very smooth. Greystone took special care to make his room pleasant. Communication from the facility has been excellent. The various employees have been extremely helpful as I learn how everything works.

We were very fortunate to have been able to have "mama" live at Greystone. The facility is so warm and welcoming. Beautiful decor. The staff, from reception, to housekeeping, to cooks, to aides, to nurses, to directors are amazingly caring to both the residents and families. My mother was in a nursing home but needed more assistance. Greystone has provided that with a warm and caring environment. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the food support, and to the rest of their staff, we feel that our mother is being well taken care of and is now part of this community.

Greystone has been fantastic, the facility and staff. Everyone has been accommodating and helpful. My mother (age 96) had a stroke in Sept., after rehab we had to Medevac her up here. -Greystone let us in the apartment a few days early to set it up in time for her arrival. - They arranged for staff to be there for her Saturday flight arrival. - She is thrilled with the place, the friendliness of the staff, the activities etc.
