My mother was in a nursing home but needed more assistance. Greystone has provided that with a warm and caring environment. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the food support, and to the rest of their staff, we feel that our mother is being well taken care of and is now part of this community.

Greystone has been fantastic, the facility and staff. Everyone has been accommodating and helpful. My mother (age 96) had a stroke in Sept., after rehab we had to Medevac her up here. -Greystone let us in the apartment a few days early to set it up in time for her arrival. - They arranged for staff to be there for her Saturday flight arrival. - She is thrilled with the place, the friendliness of the staff, the activities etc.

Grey Stone has provided great care to my 89 year old mother in their Harbor Memory Care unit 24/7. My mother depends on 1:1 assistance to meet all her needs throughout the day, including the use of specialized adaptive equipment. Youll find the staff is friendly and caring beginning right at the desk when you walk in through the front door. The sales, administrative, cafeteria, and staff in general are always available to make their residents and families feel comfortable in their living environment. The nursing staff is very caring and readily available to assist with any medical needs that arise as well. The aids who work directly with the residents and provide their day to day care are phenomenal. They work as a team and are the backbone that supports the needs of everyone who resides there. As Grey Stone does cost somewhat more than others facilities in the area, I do feel they should offer higher salaries to the aids who work within the Harbor unit, to enable them to remain and establish a long term career there. It is a very demanding job that is both compassionately and professionally met by everyone who works there, which makes me feel very comfortable when I leave after my visit with my mother. I would highly recommend sending my loved one to live at Grey Stone in Salem, NH

Both of my parents have been living at Greystone farm for the past few years. My Dad was moved to the Harbor Program where he gets more individualized attention due to his severe demension. I give all the people who work at Greystone many kudos for the way they care about the residents and treat them as human beings.
