The Pines of Newmarket is having a great festival today. Everyone is having a lot of fun and I can't wait to throw the ball and dunk someone. The Pines has some great activities for the residents and someone comes every month and holds a painting class for them.

We are very pleased with the excellent level of care my mother-in-law, Gwen, is receiving at The Pines. The staff at The Pines is outstanding. They are very attentive to Gwen's needs. Gwen is in a reclining wheelchair and I appreciate the caregivers getting down to Gwen's eye level to speak directly to her. In addition staff engages Gwen to get involved in activities such as exercise and mobility. Gwen enjoys the attention she receives at The Pines.

My Aunt has recently moved into the pines of Newmarket.Chris was extremely helpful with the application process, he even came to our house to help us fill the application out! Everyone was very welcoming when we arrived at her new home. The place is very clean, there are lots activities during the week. My aunt seems very happy. The staff is attentive to all residents. I was very impressed with the interaction between the nursing staff and residents. Very happy with the move and the facility.

My mom is a resident at The Pines of Newmarket, NH. The staff is outstanding. I appreciate the individualized attention my mom receives from the loving and caring employees. They have my mom's best interest at heart and go the extra mile to see she receives the best care possible. The staff is always attentive and in communication with me brothers regarding my mom's care. Thank you!! I'd like to add to my review… I was visiting my mom last week and I as I was leaving I was so deeply touched by one of the employees, Jennifer Roy, who was comforting one of the residents. The genuine love in her eyes was beyond words.

The Pines of Newmarket has been a life line to my family. The whole staff has been nothing but supportive and welcoming since we moved Mom & Dad in last June. From Michael, Jenn, Chris, Bob, George, Brandi, Deb…on down the line, all the nurses and staff have been so wonderful to my folks as well as my wife and I - they all feel like family at this point. It's a small town atmosphere located in a small town in NH - such a pleasant departure from the large hotel like facilities we toured prior. I would highly recommend The Pines of Newmarket if you're looking for a support system for your loved one.

My mother has been a resident at The Pines at Newmarket for over a year now and I am so pleased with the outstanding daily service she receives from the caregivers as well as the professionalism and excellence of the management staff. In particular I'd like to single out Jennifer Roy. She is an exemplary employee who consistently treats my mother with kindness, compassion and respect. I have seen her treat all residents the same way. I know my mother is in good hands at The Pines and I am so thankful she lives there.

My mom has recently moved into the pines and my family could not be happier. The staff from the director on down to wait staff make my mom feel welcomed. They go out of their way to help out in any way possible. Knowing my mom is safe and cared for is such a relief to us. The food is also terrific…I can't say enough good things about the Pines so I will just tell you to check it out…

My dad has been there for 6 months and he is doing great. The staff are caring, helpful, patient, and all around wonderful human beings. The facility is quaint and homey and always clean. It gives me peace to know my dad is in a safe loving environment.

Staff is amazing! They treat Mom as if she was their own family. Gail and the activities staff are thoughtful and communicative. Gail took Mom for a ride on the bus over the summer, because she knew that Mom's father started the first bus run in their remote community many years ago. It was very kind of Gail and appreciated more than she knew. Before he was promoted, Jared from the kitchen staff knew how much Mom ate, what she does and does not like for meals, whether she was drinking her protein drinks or not, and when we asked, he was willing to discuss with us what he had observed. Again, appreciated more than he knew. Chris from the Administration has kindly pointed me in the right direction with questions I've had, and always has a smile and a kind word when the family visits. At mealtimes, the staff help residents eat, they help them get seated and make sure they are safe and comfortable. They work together well, seeming to communicate with each other without words. My family and I are pleased with Mom's care, and I would recommend The Pines of Newmarket to anyone who asked.

I highly recommend The Pines of Newmarket. My 91 year old Mother entered Pines in December of 2021. She is very happy with the place. She especially likes the organized activities which keep her active. I've found that the nurses and staff are very attentive to her needs.

We moved our mother into The Pines from another facility and to this point we could not be more pleased with our decision. The facility is warm, welcoming and accommodated our very tiring arrival with professional ease and care. I was able to leave my mother that first night feeling confident and secure of her new home. The staff of The Pines are wonderful people who spread a smiling disposition throughout the space. The ambiance is comfortable, homey and allows for individualization as one prefers. I am kept well alerted to any issues my mother encounters and always feel as if my voice is heard and responded to. The facility is very well run, clean and attentive. My brothers and I celebrated Moms 83rd birthday with the staff going out of their way to make the occasion special and memorable for us all. We are very pleased with The Pines!

My father lives here and he was never ever ever going to assisted living ... until he got here and now he's never ever ever leaving. As the son of a resident I enjoy going and visiting everyday even to chat with the other residents or even the cleaning staff some days. You kinda have to be there to get it ...

My mom was a resident there. They treat the residents like they are family like their own parents. Grandparents and even best friends when my mom was put on hospice i dont think i would of made it threw it without the nursing staff there. The staff are very caring. My mom considered that her home and had many friends there residents and ataff included. A very caring and compassionate place

The staff has demonstrated over and over again how much they truly care about the residents there, from the food workers to the home aides and the nursing staff... Until we ran out of money and advised them that within 6 months we would be applying for Medicaid! Despite the verbal assurance that they've never had to remove someone once they switched from private pay to Medicaid, that is exactly what they did!! I highly recommend staying away from this place no matter how hard they try to sell it! Do yourself and your loved ones a favor, find a place that has capable staffing and the ability to care for your loved one until end of life... this is not the place.. they only want your money, and when it's gone, then they will find any excuse to make your loved one move!!!!!
