I am currently staying at Mineral Springs in North Conway, NH for rehab. I have been disappointed by the lack of response and care from the staff. I have diarrhea, and I have not received any relief or help with this issue at all. I have used the call bell to ask for assistance, but no one comes. I can hear people laughing and right outside my door but no one comes in to help me even though my call bell has been going off for almost an hour now. The nursing staff has told me to just wet myself, and they will change me when they can. But, I don't want to wet myself. I want assistance to the bathroom, please. I need to get out of the place quickly, but I need rehab. Also, they do not have a licensed Social Worker here at all. They have a young women, named [name removed], but she is not a licensed Social Worker, and, unfortunately, she doesn't understand HIPPA laws at all. She invites my whole family to my care plan meetings without my consent. I have spoken to the Administrator, [name removed], about this concern, and she just says that "Your family needs to be involved in care too." Apparently, she doesn't understand HIPPA laws either. My health should remain private. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was a rehab patient at this facility twice , in 2018 and 2023. This was before the new ownership. The care, rehab were excellent , and all the staff were professional and competent. The only complaint I had was regarding the cleanliness, and the fact that so many fixtures were out of date or broken.

Been a year since lost my mom, but very nice seeing others that I cane to care about. Wonderful receptionist and many regulars I knew. Will continue to donate as I have in the past. Seems more pleasant than last year.

I live approximately 6 hours away but know that my Aunt is safe in Mineral Springs, North Conway NH. I have always been contacted when something significant, such as an acute illness, happens. The staff tries its best to take good care of her.

My mother has been there almost a year since her stroke and has progressed tremendously with help from their therapists. Occasionally staff will do fun activities with the residents both inside and out. Gardening, arts &crafts, etc. It certainly makes it easier seeing her in a place like that when she's surrounded by such a positive and caring staff.

My mother Shirley loved her home at Mineral Springs for nearly two years. The administration and staff made sure my mother was welcomed and cared for with dignity. Her belongings set the tone for living; not dying! Everyday was spent conversing with other residents gathering about and near the nurses station, sharing books , magazines and goodies. The nurses Sherry and Nancy are first rate professionals, along with the extraordinary therapists Brandon and Karen who worked tirelessly with my mother to evaluate and achieve goals set out by an incredible caring team. I must say that I would only trust Mineral Springs to take care of my mother or anyone else I cherish. Jane is an extraordinary leader for all residents, along with Barbara , Lori and Ed. They are the quiet, behind the scenes movers and . shakers that give these residents the home our elders deserve. They care so much that everyone there is family!

Mineral Springs has been my mothers home for several years now. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. They make sure to communicate with me to let me know how mom is doing. With all of the COVID restrictions, I havent been able to visit, but I am glad that she is so very cared for and safe. I am grateful for that. Thank you.

Jane was a huge help in getting my grandmother admitted and settled into her new home. She continues to be a wonderful asset to Mineral Springs. They do a wonderful job with communication and keeping residents active in activities. Were very grateful for all they do.

All staff at Mineral Springs were personable, professional and helpful. We were highly impressed with how caring and attentive each worker was at this facility. My husband made wonderful progress in respiratory therapy under the care of excellent P.T. and O.T professionals.A big thank you to all nursing staff and cooks in the kitchen!

The staff at Mineral Springs is nothing short of amazing! They are so responsive to the needs of their residents and the administration went out of their way to accommodate loved ones. I also appreciate their willingness to involve the community in allowing access to volunteer organizations so that life at the facility feels more like home.

My mother is at Mineral Springs and is near the end of her life. I can not say enough about the staff. We have a large family, 7 married children 17 mostly married grandchildren and over 30 great grandchildren that have all been there so that Mom wasn't alone. All the staff have gone out of their way to provide all of us with the space to make Mom comfortable and so that we could have time with Mom for as long as we wanted. Mom was made very comfortable so that her last days are peaceful and pain free. The staff has gone above and beyond providing tea, coffee, water and snacks so that we could stay right there. They have been very gentle and caring ensuring Mom was clean, comfortable and her position was changed often. I wish I could give this facility and staff more stars.

spend a week in residential rehab after total knee replacement. the entire staff was amazing and I can't say enough great things about the PT staff, they had me from walker to crutches to cane in a matter of days. The nursing staff was very knowledgeable and attentive and my day RN Donna was an angel

My mother spent most of the month of March & April rehabilitating at Mineral Springs. The staff was both attentive and gracious. In my mother's opinion & what I had seen, the previous review was inaccurate and hard to understand. The staff was positive, professional and conscientious of the needs of their patients. It was a totally positive experience. And the food was delicious.
