Kinship pointe is the place to be!!! This isn't just any assisted living it's a family home filled with amazing staff members and residents who live here. Each department here at kinship pointe works truly hard at providing the residents with the best care and needs they could possibly needs. I've been here 3 years and enjoy the work I do and wouldn't trade it for the world.

My mother has been a resident for about three years and has had great care. Caring employees and staff. She feels very safe and secure at Kinship Pointe. Something she was concerned about while living by herself. Would recommend Kinship Pointe to everyone.

Stopped in today to get my haircut. The community was very clean and the staff was helpful directing me where I need to go. When I walked through residents were enjoying live music. Also, great conversion during the haircut.

My father was at Kinship for about six months. He enjoyed it very much. When he became ill, the staff offered help in anyway they could. I'm not sure any care facility has a friendlier staff than kinship. They showed us much needed compassion and support during dad's illness and subsequent passing. A great group of people.

Family. It’s the best word to describe our experience. They treat my mom like a family member. The rooms have natural sunlight, the meals are very good, lots of activities to engage in, etc. Definitely would recommend!

My mother has resided at Kinship Pointe Assisted Living for over six years. She has received exceptional care throughout her many health issues and enjoys each person who assists her. Each caring staff member calls her (and me) by name every time they see her. She is especially fond of the music performances by Dan Hansen and all the others who bring joy through their talents. The variety of activities, including exercise sessions, is exceptional, her apartment and clothes are always clean, the newly painted hallways look so good and Dennis' lively, caring interaction and transportation are a huge benefit for the residents and their families. I'm thankful Mom's sister lives there too so they can spend time together (98 and 96 years old). I highly recommend Kinship Pointe to everyone!

Kinship Pointe - Wayne has been a wonderful community for my Mom. She has developed many friendships there and enjoys all the activities that are arranged. The staff is very responsive to her needs and it provides me great comfort to know she is being cared for in such a personal and professional way.

However reluctant she was to move to Kinship Pointe, it was the perfect setting for my mother in law. She enjoyed the independence of her own apartment while benefitting from the convenience of having all her needs met on-site. It is great to see the lengths the staff go to entertain the interests of the residents as well as include the Wayne community in events.

They are always willing to Volunteer when we are in need of meals on wheels, serve our food during special events, they are supportive of our Special drawings! They are an asset to our community!

Kinship Point took wonderful care of my mother, the were very kind, attentive, and loving to her. We were notified immediately when my Mom had any health issues. I want to thank them for their love and kindness they showed my Mom and the whole family.

The posts I've seen on social media portray a warm, welcoming place full of fun activities for everyone! I recently visited a loved one and discovered the pictures and posts I've seen are true—on my visit it seemed like everyone loves it there! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. There were residents enjoying themselves outside of their rooms! I witnessed smiles and laughter from both staff and residents! What a great place!!

My Mom has been a resident of this facility for 5+ years first in an independent apartment and now in assisted living. Her care is nothing short of exceptional. Kudos to the Kinship team for all you do to treat each resident as if they are your own family!

This past Memorial Day weekend I had the opportunity to see first hand the genuine care and understanding that the assisted living staff provides to the residents. Their actions were incredibly caring under a difficult situation with a resident and for this they deserve many thanks from a family member whose is under their care.

My mother has lived in Brookdale Wayne for about ten years. The staff has been very accommodating and helpful to her. I strongly urge you to consider Brookdale for your Independent/ Assisted living needs.

We have been very pleased with Brookdale. The staff is accommodating and listens to suggestions. They are courteous and helpful when we have questions. The activities provided can keep the residents busy all day if they choose to attend (card stamping, manicures, Bingo, movies, exercise, Bible Studies, trips downtown, etc) The addition of plants and trees around the facility has added a "warmth" to the building. All in all, it's the next best thing to being home.

Mother has been a resident in independent living at Brookdale in Wayne for nearly four years. She continues to enjoy her 'independent' lifestyle and the comforts of her one bedroom apartment. At 99 years of age, this retired school teacher continues to prepare her own meals in her apartment, has her hair appointment at the Brookdale salon every two weeks, and so enjoys the benefit of having her apartment cleaned weekly. The sliding glass door to her patio provides easy access to her beautiful potted plants! Friends are close by and so it is not unusual to find someone visiting mother at all times of the day. Leisurely evenings are spent with her special friend, Phyllis, which mother so enjoys. I am so grateful that we have a senior living facility the quality of Brookdale in Wayne America!

I am extremely happy with the Brookdale Wayne facility and my mother is "thriving" with the social interactions available to her now. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I also hope that by my bringing in music occasionally, that I am also helping to make Brookdale a great place for all who live there.

Brookdale is a wonderful facility for the most part. The community is very fortunate to have it for our seniors, who can afford it. Since it is not locally owned anymore, services have decreased and prices have risen. The worst complaint for the last three years is the poor food. Residents and their families share with the administration their concerns about the food but nothing changes. The residents are paying for good food and the corporation should contract their meal preparation out, if they are unable to hire cooks that can prepare the meals.

It has all of the comforts of home.....3 meals a day, weekly housekeeping, transportation to medical appointments, social events and shopping, activities that keep you as busy as you want to be. The staff are AMAZING and they become an extended part of your family in a very short time. Mom was depressed and didn't care to do anything sitting at home all day alone. Now she is involved in so many activities and outings her mood has completed changed. They even come check on her if she misses lunch...sometimes she lost track of time or fell asleep in the chair but they come ring her doorbell and off she goes! Its such a piece of mind to know she's safe and being social instead of isolated and depressed. Worth every penny!! I'm so glad we decided on Brookdale Wayne. Don't wait.....enjoy retirement as it should be....waited on hand and foot!!

Brookdale Wayne has been my employment for the last four years. As part of the company I feel that they take care of their associates and residents well. Any requests given to our corporate office are reviewed in a timely manner and given great consideration. The bonus of working here is meeting all the families and building relationships with the residents. Everyone has such unique personalities and shares their wisdom, jokes and advice. I look forward to coming to work each day!
