The food may not be the best but the administration makes up for that!!! She has a heart of gold and she doesnt get near enough credit or enough Thank you or acknowledgements for all that she does around here! She goes and goes and goes!!! So if you ever see her Thank her for keeping Golden Manor Alive because most of the time we dont even have an evening med aid on the weekends and she ends up working doubles on the weekends to make sure that we are taken care of!!!! Charlene Graml is a blessing and a Godsend to Golden Manor!!! If Golden Manor were to get shut down I feel Charlene would fall apart because she cares deeply about each and every one of us! Thanks Charlene for all you do, and Rachel you too!!!!!!
