The staff friendly and very caring, although difficult to get a hold of [name removed] or [name removed], always in meetings. Took forever for them to get on the same page when medication was added or changed. Even the doctors office had a difficult time. Breakfast was the only meal that was good. Walk in closets are great if you can get your walker inside. A few times our dad got outside the facility after dark. We never got a call about it, by chance the medication aide would mention it when we came to check on our dad. Bathroom is not easy for a walker to be used in safely. The facility they use for medication was not in our dad’s insurance network, medication ended up being was very expensive there. Took from end of April to first of August to be reimbursed for rent that was automatically withdrawn out of our dads checking account. That involved phone calls, emails and the state ombudsman.

Don’t use this facility. Mother in law passed away here 5/19/26. They took money from her account for six weeks after her passing. We were required to pay two weeks but they took six weeks. They owe us over $6000.00 dollars and won’t even answer the phone when people call.

I was lucky enough to be able to stop in for the longest day event and was blown away. Not only by the ice cream but by the kindness and enthusiasm of the staff, the cute decorations, the abundance of raffle baskets and most importantly fun activities out front for all ages. Seeing the staff getting the residents involved and seeing the residents enjoying time with their families always put a big smile on my face. Great atmosphere, great people, and a great cause.

We recently toured The Residences at Gramercy in Lincoln, and I was genuinely impressed. The entire community was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment we walked through the doors. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, kind, and eager to help, which speaks volumes about the atmosphere they have created here. A special shoutout to Kelsie, who led our tour. She was knowledgeable, professional, and so welcoming throughout the whole experience. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the different living options, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. I have had an extremely positive experience with Grammery. My Dad was treated with respect from the first contact. Kirby H. Is a godsend. She is patient, kind and so helpful. This place is clean and fully staffed. The price is the best in town. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and to make you feel welcome. Recommend this place.

My mother’s been at Gramercy Hill over five years and she truly loves the facility. She’s commented many times on how the staff is so personable and professional. When we visit, we're always impressed with the employees, and the attention given to the residents; as well as the activities including guest musicians. And the food is very good! We highly recommend Gramercy Hill.

I am forever grateful for the staff at Gramercy Hill...everyone has been so caring and helpful since my sister's move-in.....she LOVES it because she feels safe and secure. Gramercy Hill is a WONDERFUL place! They take great care of my mother, Rebecca. They are everything you could ever ask for in a place that cares for your loved ones. I live in Kentucky so I cannot be there but I never worry about her care. I know she is very well taken care of by the staff. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

Gramercy Hill is such a wonderful place for seniors to live. The food is great, there is always an activity to go to. The staff is very caring. All the updated apartments are really nice! I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend Gramercy Hill for both senior independent living apartments as well as assisted living. The nurses, staff members and the director of nursing are caring individuals who respect and take wonderful care of the residents. Their director of nursing was a helpful resource and an involved advocate for my mother when she needed such with an outside health care provider. My mother expressed how fortunate she felt to live there and often said, they treat me just like I’m one of their own.

From friendly smiles to a well kept clean facility, to knowledgeable, caring and professional staff as well as an exceptional dining menu, Gramercy Hill would meet these expectations! What I like about this assisted living facility in particular is the "home like" feel! Residents living here seem so happy and love to be involved in the daily activities throughout the day! Plus don't forget to ask about the cookies they provide daily!They are delicious! I would highly recommend this place if you are in consideration of taking a loved one to an assisted living facility! I was here for the first time visiting family recently and Gramercy Hill really impressed me. The staff are polite and professional and you can really tell the residents are happy to be there. The atmosphere has an updated yet classic look/feel and is nothing like the homes from days past. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful cocktail party Gramercy Hill offered the residents yesterday. The setup was beautiful and the food was amazing. Then the residents were treated to a candlelight dinner of prime rib and shrimp what a wonderful treat for them.
