I had to place my family member in the care of the country house residence as she was suffering from more and more of dementia brought along by her parkinsons disease, the staff was amazing, and they took care of her right to the very end, I would feel comfortable putting anyone with memory issues in the care of this team

Caring staff and administrator. They all work well together to see that my Mothers needs are met. Extremely clean facility and prompt in responding to questions or requests. Family engagement is a priority and activities are well planned and attended.

I had a tour. I havent placed my family there yet. So, I cant give a full review. However, its on the list of places I would use in the future, especially since its centrally located and close to where I live. Even though its on a busy city corner, theyve carved out and secured a really nice outdoor space. Thats important to me. I dont want my loved one to feel cooped up indoors. He needs outdoor relief from people and the benefits of nature.

My father moved to Country House III a year ago from another facility. It has made all the difference in his life. Country house staff are outstanding, caring people, and though Dad can be a bit cranky at times, they just take it in stride. They are always ready to listen to family concerns, and act on suggestions. They excel at finding interesting activities for their residents. The atmosphere is lovely and homelike. We are so pleased Dad lives there.

My loved one was a resident for the last year of her life and she received excellent care.Having tried different facilities prior to Country House, this was by far the best choice. Caring staff and leadership make it what it is. Highly recommend to anyone looking for care for a loved one.
