Working at Countryhouse for the past tens years has been extremely rewarding. I couldnt have found a better place to be. The residents are special, each and everyone of them. There is so much to learn from them, for all they have to give. Our residents are our family and I am very greatful for the opportunity to serve them and be in their lives. I strive each and every day to do all I can for them and live up to their expectations and their families. My goal is their happiness.

I am so thankful to be employed with CountryHouse. The love and care that I see on a daily basis is truly inspiring. This past year holds so many amazing memories with our staff and residents. To be a part of a team that has patience, love and respect for each and every one of our residents is something indescribable. From picnics in the park to fishing on the lake our team always makes sure our residents are engaged and happy. I have been given the opportunity to grow within the company and am so thankful for our management team who appreciate me and make me feel valued on a daily basis. I am absolutely blessed and honored to be a part of such a wonderful place!

The staff and personnel at CountryHouse are very caring and utilize those talents on those living in their facility. Its basically a family oriented atmosphere. Their sole purpose appears to be that each and every person have an active and valuable life. It truly is a blessing that we were directed to this facility. Psalm 100 is very fitting for this facility.

Country House is a wonderful place for our mom to live and for us to visit. The staff is welcoming and attentive.

Our family had a loved one here that passed away. The staff that cared for our loved one were really quite wonderful. They were nice, caring, helpful and had great attitudes, we give them 4-5 stars. However, we agree that there is not near enough staff to support the number of loved ones at the facility. We also noticed loved ones that fell or wet themselves due to lack of staff available. Once we or others found a staff member and told them someone needed help they were very attentive and helped right away. We also experienced the director and nurse not being very friendly and helpful, unfortunately quite dismissive and rude at times. This facility is quite nice and laid out very well, however they really do need better management and more staff scheduled to address the needs of everyone.
