I have had the opportunity to visit Bailey Pointe on several occasions. I found the staff to be very warm and welcoming, and the residents I met while visiting were clearly very happy to be there. They offer a variety of activities for the residents to participate in on a daily basis that they appeared to enjoy doing very much from what I observed. Overall, I was very impressed during my visit to Bailey Pointe!

We are very happy with Bailey Pointe Assisted Living! This has been a wonderful new home for my mother-in-law. We were very worried that she would have trouble adjusting from living in her own home to apartment living, but she adjusted very well and is very happy. She enjoys all her new friends. This place is wonderful! The fact that it is smaller makes it feel more comfortable. You'll not find a more loving and caring staff. The facility is clean and well kept. I cannot speak highly enough of Bailey Pointe Assisted Living Facility. The personalized care and attention they provide to each resident is exceptional. The staff is compassionate and knowledgeable. Windcrest is awesome! Our family has looked at several places in Lincoln and in Omaha and Windcrest was the 1st choice. The management team always has an open door and if they don't know the answer they will find out. It is clean and well kept. The size is perfect, some places are so large and confusing but Windcrest makes is easy for the residents to get around. The residents are so sweet and friendly.

Moving to an assisted living facility, is a life changer for some seniors, but the staff made the transition painless. They are as responsive to the family as they are to the resident. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff treat the residents as their own grandparents. They are kind and caring. They make the residents feel very comfortable and safe. All the employees take special interest in the residents...from the dietary staff to maintenance to housekeeping. There is nothing they won't do for the residents. A variety of activities are offered daily as well as special events .... cookouts, holiday celebrations, ice cream sundaes, etc. If you are bored, it is by choice! I recently visited a friend at Windcrest and had lunch with her and visited with the staff. The food is amazing and very mouth watering to say the least! When we were searching for an assisted living, we went to several facilities in the area. Windcrest always came to the top of our list and felt the most down-to-earth, homey and less like a hotel. My grandfather stayed here for a few months as we transitioned him from Bryan as we waited for a place to open up back home. The staff were very helpful in accommodating his short term stay and were very courteous and helpful to us and him. The staff really spent time personally with the residents that gives you and your loved one the feeling of belonging and a place that feels as close to hone as you can get.

We moved my mother in law in 2 years ago and Windcrest has always felt like home to her. The nursing staff keeps me up to date on any medical needs she might have. The food is always the topic of conversation as she loves the choices she has. Ive had many meals with her and it was great, with great service. Her room is always clean and the housekeepers always greet me with a smile down the hall. They have a great activity program that allows her to get out and talk with other residents. The administration is always quick to answer questions and our family enjoys the emails we get. Highly recommend Windcrest Assisted Living for your loved one.

Mom and Dad moved there several months ago, they found it very welcoming , with nice clean apartments and commons areas, good food, and very helpful kind staff. When Dad needed in home hospice they worked very smoothly with the agency. He has now passed away and Mom has changed from a 2 BR to a 1 BR, again with no hassles. Also, whenever my brothers and I had a question or request they returned our call promptly and communicated well with us. Just a great place.

Mom and dad were residents at Windcrest together for 3 years. Since Mom's passing 2 years ago dad has continued to reside there alone. During the full five years we (his sons and daughter) have been exceptionally well satisfied with all aspects of the care, services and activities consistently provided by Windcrest.
