A "lodge" feel when you walk in. Very impressive common spaces. All day dining. Bistro area and bar area. Great patio space with mini golf/putting green. Residents seem happy & content.

They have made it so easy for us to get our loved one settled. Staff is so nice and understanding. Family member has been there a couple weeks and loves it, said nurses are really nice and caring. She loves the food and can eat as much as she wants. The other place didn't allow that or know how to care for her with her needs. The nurse Jenny goes out of her way to text updates and makes sure her needs are met. They have made everything easy for us!

My mother was placed here after the unexpected passing of my Dad. They were living in another facility for a few short months before that. My mom is happy to have many activities to choose from. The staff takes care of her needs. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone who needs quality care.

My family and I are very pleased with the care our dad gets. He is very happy, he is always clean with clean clothes. If staff sees things that can dads care better they will address it right to family. This is a relief to us this this is see as well as know we have the right place for our father to be. To referral to someone. I have done this just yesterday I spoke to my cousin about my aunt that is in a home which family isn't happy with right now. I hope you guys her from her soon. Keep up the good work everyone.

I have been so thankful to the staff at the Meriwether for their care and patience with my elderly grandfather (94). The facility is beautiful and every time I visit there are activities and friendly faces to greet us. It is a pleasure to visit and I know he's well taken of.

My mother has been in the Meriwether since they opened. I wouldn't pick any other place than here. The staff is so compassionate and understanding. They protected all residents during covid and had no outbreaks. You couldn't meet nicer staff

We are so thankful my mother lives at The Meriwether. The facility is always so clean and inviting and well decorated and the food is amazing. While all of that is nice, what really makes us love The Meriwether is the staff! From the day of our tour to now one year later, the staff has been so welcoming and helpful. They always greet you when you walk in and have promptly answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we have for my mom. They know and care about her as a person and not just a resident. There have been many times the staff has reached out to me when they have a concern or question about my mom because they want to make sure she is happy and well cared for physically, mentally, and emotionally. I can't say enough great things about The Meriwether but my mom's words might sum it up best. "I really like where I live. They sure spoil me here!"

I am in quarantine with my father for 2 weeks to make sure that we move into The Meriwether virus free. They have been great ! Good food, great service. Always a smile. I will leave with a few extra pounds, knowing that my father will be well cared for in the future.

My mother and my husbands parents are all residents at The Meriwether. We continue to be in awe of the care, compassion and respect they show each day-especially during this Corona virus outbreak. The director, Suzy and her team of care providers are committed to keeping residents safe, healthy and happy. Each staff member provides personalized loving care. The beautiful facility drew us there, but the amazing caregivers are why we recommend it to those seeking a place for their loved ones.

We have my immediate family member at the Meriwether. I give it a three star because most of the staff members are great. In most ways it has been a very good experience for our family. But when we did speak with the director Suzy about a few problems as will happen with a new place, we did find her to be very cold, patronizing and unaccountable. She can get upset quickly. That was not the way she acted when we were looking at coming here.My son pointed out some lengthy 1 star reviews a few weeks ago (now gone). We could easily believe that Suzy was bad to that daughter of the new patient. That was our experience also. A review on here from an estranged family member (Kristi McClendon) bad mouthing the daughter of the new patient, that has no credibility. I find it dishonest for people to start writing up false five star reviews.Suzys job is not to say the woman was yelling to justify her decision to ask her to leave. Does Suzy have proof of this? Besides people who are going to say anything to curry favor with Suzy. Suzys job is certainly not to separate families. It would be to foster good family relationships. I doubt the Meriwether owners want these types of situations to continue. We will hope for the best

My family member is a resident at the Meriwether. In fact the one spoken of in the horrendous review poster earlier. I have nothing but respect for the caring professionals at the Meriwether.My sister went on an outing her first day there (today) and had a great time. She was dressed warmly in long sleeves and fleece, only being outside from front door to bus door and back. I specifically requested the staff that she be asked to go on outings, she loves to meet and socialize with others.When the other family member left in huff, she took items with her that my sister needed. The staff took it upon themselves to go and buy her pillows, pajamas, slippers, etc so her first night would be a good one.I feel secure knowing she is in good hands of people who care for her wellbeing mentally and physically. The director, Suzy, is a nurse and administrator, and is used to dealing firmly with people who cause a scene and disrupt things for others. Thank you Suzy for not letting this escalate and upset other families and residents.I highly recommend the Meriwether.
