They do an incredible job with everything. The food is good, the activities director has something going all of the time, and as our family members health has failed, they have helped me get more care for them, so she can stay in her room, and still be a part of the activities of the day. They are very prompt in their communications.

I visited Bickford, but it cost more than I thought. It was a lovely place. The people were very nice. They contacted me several times to follow up. Overall, its an A-plus. The rooms were very nice with small ones and bigger ones, but in general, every one of them was clean and neat.

Everything was wonderful at Bickford Cottage. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the facility. The rooms were expensive but very nice. They had many activities, visiting entertainment, and ministers for church. I like that the facility wasnt overly large, and it looked like everybody was happy there.
