We located a spot for an older single person that we shared a church relationship. We did our data search and felt that Symphony Pointe was a perfect fit. Following a detailed tour (or two) of the facility, we were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, the clean and upscale facilities, the dining arrangements and schedule. We followed with another tour with our friend and she loved it. Symphony Pointe is her new home.

We had a very nice informative tour . My Aunt found it very appealing which is quite the statement as she currently owns a beautiful Condo that will be hard to give up , but she needs to be in a facility where there are more amenities and care options as she eventually will give up driving. She is very much considering it for her next move and the on site salon and masseuse option, as well as an excellent lunch are big selling points for her.

The staff is terrible about responding to residents' service requests. It appears they do not have anyone on staff that is tech savvy as problems with the Internet and Televisions go unanswered for days if not weeks. Inexcusable.

Symphony Pointe has wonderful activities for residents to partake in and their food is amazing! Everyone is so nice & caring!

I am very frustrated with the amount of turnover they have in staff here. I’m also not satisfied that they don’t have a nurse in charge of the Med Aids, etc. one wait a long time to get something on their work order fixed. If it weren’t for my friends that I’ve made here, I would probably seek out another Facility to live in. I really don’t want to leave because I like it here.

Katrina Ondracek is the General Manager here and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is compassionate, highly efficient, and has a real ability to listen to residents and their families. Your family member is in safe hands in her care. She cares about every resident deeply. Katrina took excellent care of my mother in Memory Care and we are forever grateful. This is a beautiful and well-thought out facility like all Agemark Senior Living communities.
