The nurses at Carter House were so kind and compassionate in caring for my grandma. I am so grateful to know that she was loved by the staff just as much as by family. On my last visit to her before she passed, as I sat with her a nurse came in and comforted me and took the time to share some of the experiences she had with my grandma. That kindness helped take away some of the pain I felt and filled my heart with joy to know that she'd been surrounded with such compassionate people. Thank you Cater House!

Former employee. This is one of the few nursing facilities Ive worked at that I would actually put a family member in. 5 star meals. Very nice, clean rooms. Caring staff with tons of activities for the residents. Lori always had plenty of things planned for them to do.

Excellent assisted living home beautiful rooms great food and you can have a dog or cat or both haha. The staff work very hard to make sure we are safe a happy and included in everything. A nice home away from home!

Carter Place is filled with a skilled, caring and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained and clean. They offer a wide array of activities for all to enjoy. The facility is sized right, so the staff is able to know the residents very well.

Lots of activities for the residents. They have 4 different meat options at every lunch and supper. Cost to live here is cheaper than the 2 nursing homes in Blair.

Wonderful!!! My husband has no complaints. I eat a number of meals here and along with my husband we are well satisfied. The care he gets from a wonderful staff is wonderful! Everyone, and I mean everyone, are so very caring. It is Becky's mantra that this is the residents' home and the staff helps it seem like home. My husband has been here over two years and I come nearly everyday so I know first hand about the wonderful care he gets.
