All of the 1 and 2 bedroom residences available feature some of the largest floor plans available in Valley City. Our rooms are designed for seniors to be comfortable and have private bathrooms. We have an experienced and trained staff to serve the unique needs of our senior residents living in Valley City. We promote our employees to serve with compassion, kindness and patience. We designed the dining area at The Legacy Place to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. Our specialty is customized menus that provide delicious, home cooked meals that meet the needs of all residents.
The Legacy Place Amenities & Services
We offer seniors the latest amenities in comfort that they would enjoy in the comfort of their own homes. Swimming Pool / Hot Tub, Indoor Common Areas, Activities Onsite, Meals Provided, Devotional Services Offsite, Beautician Onsite, Outdoor Common Areas are available for all residents. The staff here are fully trained, friendly and accessible. They will help your residents enjoy their stay with us.
Our facility has Hospice Available, Transportation at Cost, Resident Parking Available and other ways we keep seniors active and healthy. Our staff works really hard to keep our aging residents active and independent, keeping everyone feeling young and healthy.
