So full of drama, where your superiors care more about temp staff than the regular staff. They allow staff members to bully and mentally abuse each other with no repercussions to the person doing it. Instead penalize the people who work their butts off for the residents care and safety. I would never work there ever again in any department. And has put me off working in any nursing home ever again. After being attacked by a resident and being told "you can walk fast than they can", was how to prevent it. Nope I'm good

If you are looking for a top notch facility to spend your golden years then look no further. They have options for apartments all the way to nurse care beds. Nice folks who care about you. I have visited many times to programs they put on from piano recitals to bingo with college students from Mayville State and have been impressed with what they do.
