We had an enjoyable afternoon at Touchmark when my husband brought his car to their car show. People had fun looking at the vintage cars and reminiscing and we enjoyed visiting with the residents and listening to the great music.

I performed at Touchmark for the residents and guests with Summer Blooms, a women's ensemble I direct. Joshua, the Life Enrichment Director, accommodated our every request, including piano tuning and providing a microphone. The space is wonderful: we performed near a fireplace and the audience sat in comfortable armchairs, which made the performance feel more like we were a group of friends enjoying music in a welcoming house. The grand piano is a great instrument that is in a wonderful shape. All the staff members we interacted with were kind and polite. All these details show excellent care where no shortcuts are made but the best options are chosen and provided for the residents. It looks like a wonderful place to live.

Our Fargo-Moorhead AM Rotary Club meets here Thursday mornings. It is such a warm and welcoming venue with delicious food and staff who truly care about making a positive impact on residents and guests. Quiet neighborhood and easy parking for visitors.

While not a resident there, our Rotary club meets there weekly and we are very happy that they have opened their facilities to our Rotary Club. The staff is professional and friendly, and we receive excellent service and support. We also enjoy the occasional opportunity to interact with residents of Touchmark if they decide to join us for a meeting to hear a particular program. Come check out our meetings held at Touchmark - FM AM Rotary Club, Thursdays at 7:00 AM!

Our Rotary Club meets at Touchmark every Thursday morning. Great hosts and a good and varied breakfast menu. Good marketing for them, and we now have new members who reside here. It is a true community, and the variety of activities and the talented members just blow me away! When we are ready, my wife and I will definitely consider this active community.

Moving my parents from Oregon to Touchmark at Harwood was one of the most important decisions I've ever had to make as their only son, and I'm so grateful we found this community. From day one, the staff made my parents feel welcomed and cared for. The transition from out of state could have been overwhelming, but Touchmark's team was incredibly accommodating and made the move as smooth as possible. What really sets Touchmark apart is their ability to truly age in place. When my dad's needs changed and he required memory care, they had a secure unit ready. When my mom developed health issues that required additional assistance, they adapted her care without missing a beat. Our family transitioned my Mother-in-law to Touchmark Memory Assist in September of 2025. The process of moving her over from her prior care was smooth and simple- Touchmark was so helpful with the entire process start to finish. We are very happy with the care and additional mental stimulation she is receiving- it is a very active community allowing residents to have a robust social life within the facility. My Mother-in-law is a treasure to our family and we couldn’t be happier to know that when we aren’t able to be present with her, she is being loved and cared for well.

Several months ago my husband and I needed to find an assisted living space for a family member. Touchmark has been an absolute joy to work with. Their compassion and caring towards their residents is outstanding. We have been so impressed with all of the staff, from the administrative personnel to the nursing staff to the dining room and gym. The people who work with the residents and their needs daily are the ones who make the experience so positive for both the residents and their loved ones. Touchmark deserves a 5-star rating!

I’ve been a member of Touchmark at Harwood Groves Health Club for nearly six years. I was encouraged to join by the club director after the death of my husband. Since I knew few people in Fargo I was pleasantly surprised at how the staff and other members welcomed me. I have made many friends walking the treadmill! I also feel that staff are friends. They always have a cheerful greeting calling everyone by name as they walk in or meet in the hallway. They are an excellent example for the young people who intern at the Club. Exercising at the Club three days a week has helped me stay healthy and active in my late 80’s. I look forward to those days and visiting with the other members.

6/25/2017 The staff and managment are excellent at caring for my dad. The grounds beautiful! The place has a positive upbeat vibe! 7/21/2020 UPDATE: My dad was moved to the memory (Devonshire) unit at Touchmark about a year or so ago. The move was seemless and the staff are equally as capable, loving and helpful. Dad is doing well and when I arrive to visit, they are often doing activities. Once the group was sitting in a circle batting a balloon/ball around (he asked if I could come back to visit later, ha ha!) Another time staff were dancing with the residents. During Covid-19, I'm not able to visit, however, I will bring him DQ a few times a week . They are willing to help out and bring it back to him every time, right away, no complaints or indication of irritation. Our family is very grateful to have a place that takes such good care of our loved one. We highly Devonshire (which is within Touchmark).

I've done a lot of splashing in their pool while working to recover from my car accident. Walking into this place is like going to a family reunion where everyday you see wonderful caring people. The staff is top notch, kind, caring, professional and especially the pool staff make workouts fun. There's never a shortage of laughter, fun & frivolity when pool classes are in session and that's why I look forward to going there multiple days a week.

Great fitness place for people over 50. They have a pool, equipment and a studio to use. It is a one monthly price and no extra cost for classes. There are several pool and studio classes daily Monday thru Friday.

Touchmark is absolutely fantastic in all the ways possible. My Mother had a 2bd/2ba apt. on the 3rd floor which was beautiful. My Dad is living in Devonshire(Memory Care) where our family knows he is safe, he is well taken care of everyday and we have the flexibility of taking him to the main dining room when we come to visit. They have activities geared towards these individuals and he goes swimming twice a week for extra exercise. I rented one of the apartments for a short stay. I didn't have to travel back and forth so it allowed more time to visit. The staff is extremely helpful, always willing to try to accommodate our wishes. I totally recommend Touchmark if you are looking for a place for your elderly parents(or yourself) no matter what the situation may be, the kindness of everyone that works there, the numerous activities, parties, celebrations and upscale restaurant are top notch.

It is ideal for me. I'm particularly pleased with the helpful staff. In an earlier review my comment was about the atmosphere of an institution filters down from the top and in my opinion this is especially true here. I have no major complaint. I see Kari as an excellent manager. My history of a corporate officer and a USAF fighter pilot and deputy commander of a Fighter Group. My experience is that of a business manager thereby a familiarity with a well run, operation.
