This place is roach infested. I killed over 15 roaches on Sunday April 24, 2022 in my sister's room-all within about a 3 square foot area. She leaves no food out. The manager will not address the situation.

I was very concerned about my mother when I found out she would become a resident at a independent living facility. Initially, all of the horrible stories I have ever heard about living facilities cam to mind and I was skeptical. However, when I arrived at The Woods at Holly Tree, all of my skepticism faded and I was pleasantly surprised by the class and cleanliness in the main dining hall! I was also very happy to see how well my mother looked Her smile tells it all. There is a music night, meals served at each table with full of lace settings. Life pours through the dining hall as all residents and staff sit and visit with one another while they dine. The food smells good and tastes good too. I'm not a fan of raisins but the raisin cake they made was good enough to eat. My mother's room has a beautiful view of the birds and turtles that live just outside her windows around a freshwater pond. She is free to go sit on her patio or enjoy the view from her living room. All the residents walk frequently around the sidewalk and friendly exchanges can be overheard from their smiling faces. The staff were extremely helpful and visited my mother to check on her on a regular basis. They were very easy to talk to and volunteered information readily. A laundry room and day room are accessible at all hours and easy to use. The Woods at Holly Tree is a nice place for our elders to live quietly amongst their peers in a classy and we'll maintained facility. A facility is however, a facility and not their own home. It can never replace what they had before which is why it is important to visit our loved ones frequently.

My grandmother and I have been renting the salon inside for about 5 years now. (Yes they have a salon!) They have it all! They have a Chapel, a beautiful dining room that residents enjoy a cooked meal every single day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waiters dont accept tips ethier except for once a year around Christmas I believe which makes it more comforting for the residents. They have a library, a play room with a pool table and Wii console, a gym and litterally a whole calender that covers the wall in the elevator full of activities to keep everyone busy. Its really a wonderful place.

My Mother absolutely loves living here, and I love visiting her as well. The staff are all very attentive, friendly, caring and professional. They treat my mom and all the residents with respect and kindness. I am at ease knowing mom is safe and content living in her apartment here. I know the staff will call me if ever they feel the need. My mother has made many friends here in her 1.5 years through the many activities offered, mystery bus rides, lunch outings, Therapy dog visits, petting the 2 resident rabbits, entertainers performances, delicious meals, with friends in the dining room, exercise and craft classes, music in the atrium, and chats on the large front porch or back deck. The rooms and common areas are kept clean and tidy. They go above and beyond here and Im so very glad we found The Woods at Holly Tree for mom. I highly recommend taking a tour if youre looking for an independent, retirement community.

Im a truck driver who delivered some shingles here for their roof repair. All I can really say about this place is that it seems nice enough.

They serve breakfast lunch and dinner in a really nice dining area. The family can eat with their loved ones for free anytime. Their food is good and theres lots of entertainment time for the residents. My mom loves it there because she can have her pet with her as well. The staff is also very friendly.
