At first I didn't think we were going to like Westfield. They can work on intake processes for new patients and we had a first day run in with a staffer. My mom looked at me and said I don't think I will like it here and I had to agree. My first taste of the place was not pleasant. I try and realize everyone has a bad day. So moving past that it's been 5 stars since except the food. I can say the meals don't look appealing and very rarely does mom comment on a good meal. Again I try to be open minded I was a Dietary Manager in assisted living so I get it. Over all it's a great place and they have really helped mom rehab. I can say they are aggressive (in a positive manner) to get your loved ones back to self care. It's been a little over two weeks and mom has made leaps and bounds. She looks better than before she got sick. She is up and working towards walking and I can say when she arrived I didn't know if she would ever again. The physical therapist are great. Tiffany, her sister (cant recall her name) Jackie are great. TJ is kind and I feel he likes what he does for a living. Noreen the activity director is my soul sister (she likes to treat the resident like like family) she generally cares about the residents. It's a clean facility. I have never walked in and felt my mom wasn't truly being cared for. She is clean and always fresh cloths. I am grateful this place is here because some of the other local locations didn't excite me to have to take mom too. Nice big therapy gym with an array of tools to help patients get back to self care. I will update the review once mom is out. If I was in healthcare again this seems to be a place I would like to work. I wouldn't work at a facility that isn't top notch with how they treat patients. The field is hard and some places shouldn't have license to care for puppies much less your loved ones. Be realistic in your expectations of your loved ones care. You cant expect a nurse or CNA to immediately pop in after hitting the call button they maybe in with another patient but these staffers will be there. I had to remind my mom to be patient it will be a few moments. I am not disappointed at all.

I was at Westfield for a month for rehab. The staff was wonderful. All were so kind, helpful and caring. I would highly recommend Westfield for rehab. This is an excellent facility with well trained staff. The physical therapist was so good. She taught me what I needed to know to be able to do things properly for when I got home.

I have been working at this facility for 2 months now and i can truly speak so many great things about this place. I was welcomed so warmly as part of the CNA team since the beginning and the nurses are so kind, helpful and top notch. Team work in this building is amazing, rather it's staff or agency, we are an amazing team! Housekeeping does a great job with keeping the rooms clean and disinfected. The DON is also super amazing, she helps rather it's helping with patient care or anything needed in the building. I am very happy to be part of this amazing team.

My daddy caught a staph infection during his stay here years back. He has since passed. Sitting here 2/11/23 listening to a lady scream for help for over 20 mins. A Saturday. Hardly any staff here to take proper care of the folks who pay good money to have their needs met. May be no fault of the workers. More likely management. We have asked 2 employees to help her. Sad any soul has to beg to go to the bathroom. Update: After we found a 3rd person someone finally helped this poor lady to the bathroom. The yelling went on and on. Once she used the bathroom it was quiet. I used to work in an assisted living. My suggestion to families is to visit often at all hours and days. Many work hard and care so much. Those types get tired of working with those that do not. When the shot became a requirement here they lost some super employees.

My father stayed at Westfield for almost 30 days recently. I cannot say enough about the excellent care he received at their facility. ALL the staff (nurses, administration, housekeeping , speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and cafeteria/food staff). The facility was clean and very welcoming. They always kept us well informed and up to date regarding his care. Thank you to Westfield for taking such good care of my father. I highly recommend. SUSAN RIDDLE TICKLE

Westfield was so clean and professional. They were all caring and very helpful. Several went above and beyond their duties and were especially kind. Nancy was a top notch nurse and always addressed our questions and concerns with knowledge and kindness. Dena was fantastic, way above average in all her care. Mercedes, Cheryl, Dianne, Rose, Herb, were all outstanding in every way. Everyone we came in contact with, was wonderful. Thank you so much for all you do.

THE STAFF AND PEOPLE WHO WORK AT WESTFIELD ARE SUPER AND YOU CAN TELL THEY CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS . THE ONLY PROBLEM HERE IS THE CHOICE OF FOODS SERVED. PEOPLE WITH DIABETES. WE HAD TO GET FOODS THAT MY WIFE COULD EAT WITHOUT RUNNING HER BLOOD SUGERS UP . THE POLICY OF GIVING A SHOT IF IT GOT TO 250 IS NOT A GOOD PRACTICE . OTHER THAN THE FOOD PROBLEMS THE FACILITY COULD NOT BE BEAT !

My wife spent 25 days here for post hospital stay rehab. I found the people and the facility to be exceptional. Everyone I met was friendly, helpful and good at their jobs. All seemed happy to work there and many were proud to do so. My wife received excellent care that exceded my expectations with followup treatment beyond physical therapy. About 20 years ago my wife spent 3 months in a place that offered similar services but was terrible. Westfield is the day in a night and day comparison. At even a basic level the staff morale and facility cleanliness told me I could trust Westfield to take care of my wife and they did. The rest just made it an even better experience.

I would rate this facility a 5 star. My husband was there for only a few days before becoming sick and had to be taken to CCH where he died in a few days. The staff went out of their way due to covid 19 and regulations about visitors to make arrangements on Father's Day to visit some of his family on the patio which included two sets of twins great grandkids whom he loved dearly. They didn't have to do this but it made his day. He would tell me that the food was good but he couldn't eat all of it. The nurses and therapists were good to him. One tried hard on the day he went to the hospital to do everything he could to help him, he was in so much pain. The facility was clean and inviting. On his last night there, he called to say he found the Braves baseball game to watch which was his favorite team. No one knew these two specials would be his last. Thanks Westfield for making his last days special without knowing it. I have no complaints.
