They are wonderful with their clients. I unfortunately was only able to work a full day with them due to my son being put on life support and didn’t get paid. Said I could get a paper check if I turned in my uniform and get reimbursed but a half hour each day wasn’t worth it. Thought they would sent a paper check given I was driving about 40-45 minutes to clients house.

The people I have coming are very competent. They are always on time. They help with everything, like how they give him his exercises. I hate to do them and they do them every night. They get a shower for him. They are pleasant with everything they do for him. When something comes up, the office lets me know if they are going to be a little late, though it is rare that they are late.

They get caring people well trained and they take care of my wife and do a good job. They get to know her and encourage and joke with her. They know how to use a Hoyer lift and they do a good job getting her around.

They seem to be caring about their clients. They provide help with activities of daily living. The office staff are always available when I reach out to them.

The caregivers are prompt and they do a good job. They try to do everything they can to help me. She helps me with my shower, keeps my room straightened, and makes my bed. I really like the caregiver we have. She looks for ways to help me and she will get me anything that I need.

They are punctual and qualified. Our caregiver is very pleasant and she is very caring. She gets him out of bed, bathes him, and dresses him. She helps him to the toilet and helps him work out. She takes out the garbage and anything else I might need. The office keeps in touch. They are prompt and are willing to stay a little longer if I need them.

I cant compare it to anyone else but I like that they are locally owned. They have taken the burden off my back. The caregivers provide what she needs and are friendly.

TenderHearted Home Care been a Godsend for us. Without exception, all the people have been terrific, attendants and everyone I have talked to in the office. We feel blessed to have found you. I am sure I am not the first person to tell you that your caregivers saved Mom from desperation and depression. We started this service after my oldest brother, who lived about 3 miles from Mom, passed away. He was her primary caregiver and she would have been lost without the companionship you provided.

We have a wonderful caregiver that has been with us for about 2 years. I have peace of mind during the week when they are with him. The company has been caring for him for 5 years so they are like a second family to us. Our caregiver is exceptional. She knows him very well and knows all of his quirks and when to let me know when something is going on.

I appreciate that they sincerely care about my husband. The girl that comes out does a great job. We can tell that she cares. The office staff will typically call me and let me know what I need. There is nothing better they can do.
