My 79-year-old father, who is legally blind just moved into Spring Arbor. Ibby and Jennifer are awesome. The passion that they each showed throughout the process was incredible. They helped make the transition for my father easy and stress free. The welcome that the entire staff showed my father on his 1st day was beyond words. If I could give this facility 1,000 stars, I would.

Spring Arbor has taken in my 94 year old great aunt and treated her like family. The place is very clean and well kept. The staff is awesome and they always greet us with a smile. Big shout out to Ibby for assisting my mother (Joyce) with getting her aunt admitted. We will definitely recommend this place.

The facility looks great and is very clean. Ibby went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident that we were doing the best thing by moving my mother-in-law there. My 96 year old mother had resisted going to an assisted living facility for years but due to health reasons had no choice. Spring Arbor gladly accepted her in September 2023. Mom at first complained as nothing was like home to her. Within a few weeks she accepted being there, liked being taken care of and loved the food. She now tells everyone she is very satisfied and how good the food is. Her complaints are very minimal. She enjoys playing bingo and many other activities. The entire staff has treated her well. Taking care of the elderly isn’t an easy task. The staff of Spring Arbor Rocky Mount do a very commendable job. It is such a relief to know your mother is being properly cared for and has someone to help her 24/7 and will contact you when needed.

My mother has been a resident of Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount for over 6 years. Our family is very pleased with the care she receives. The staff is kind and compassionate. They do not hesitate to communicate with me anytime there is a change with Mom or she has a need. Wonderful activities are available for the residents, and the meals are great! I love the way they make the dining experience so special with cloth tablecloths, napkins and flowers. Definitely a homelike atmosphere! I highly recommend Spring Arbor.

In 2015, my mother had brain surgery and given very little time to live. 8 years later, she is doing great and I give the Spring Arbor of Raleigh Assisted Living full credit. Early this year the facility had a fire, all residents safely evacuated and how difficult it would be to find another incredible facility. Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount took my mom and have exceeded my expectations. From a proactive, professional and kind office management team (thanks Elizabeth for all you do), to a full team that provides my mom great care. I am truly grateful for the Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount team!

SPRING ARBOR IS A GREAT PLACE FOR YOUR LOVE ONE TO BE AT. I CANT IMAGINE MY MOM BEING AT ANY OTHER PLACE. THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND CARING. THE MEALS ARE VERY GOOD ALSO. I FEEL LIKE I AM AT HOME WHEN PEPPER AND I VISITS.

We just recently found the best spot for our Mom. It has been a long, difficult journey, but I knew the minute I walked into Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount, we had found the perfect place for her. The place has the feel of home and I was met with staff that was informative, courteous, and professional. They seem to really care about the people living there. There is also an activity coordinator that has activities planned throughout the day for the residents and keeps things lively and fun! The residents and staff also brag on the food there. My Mom is new to the facility, but was eating great the very first day. The cook has been there for well over 20 years and everyone enjoys the food. Snacks are provided at least 3 times per day in addition to the 3 hot meals (they allow residents to make a choice on the menu each day between a couple of the main entrees). They encourage the residents to get together for social times and to eat their meals together in the dining room. There is also a very nice porch out front with rocking chairs along with a beautiful bright and cheerful sunroom inside and the cutest little library where they can check out books. We are thrilled to have found this little place. My Mom seems really happy there so far. I also would like to say the business office employees and Ibby Omer-Hunter, the Sales and Marketing Director, Danny ( maintenance director) have been great to work with. They have been so helpful and professional and walked us through the process every step of the way. My Sister and I left her there the first night with our Mom being happy and us feeling so relieved that we found her a new home away from home :).

In my search for an Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility I toured Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount and found this to be the best choice for my dad. There is a nice atmosphere and feeling as you walk in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The activity board has many daily things to participate in and rooms with private baths. The process to place him there was straight forward and seamless. Their willingness to work with my dad in his condition was what convinced me the most to place him there. I am Thankful and Appreciate what they all do.

Mom (99) has been at Spring Arbor for a month. The administrative and residential care staff are caring, knowledgeable and well prepared to meet Moms needs. They provide the care and support they say they are going to do. The dining staff are very attentive and courteous, the meal preparation, variety and the desserts keep Mom happy. Moms only complaint is too much great food and snacks, but she loves it. Spring Arbor was an excellent choice for my Moms care and my piece of mind.

My mom is in the Rocky Mount memory care facility. The staff are so caring and friendly. She seems to really like it there. She loves the food, interacts with other residents and takes part in activities. I can’t say enough good things.
